We have used RiteAid on China Lake Blvd for years and had no issues. Recently, they have messed up on prescription labels and just today gave me the wrong HEP-B vaccine. Totaly unsat and they could kill someone if they give them the wrong medication/vaccine. I highly recommend using another pharmacy if you want compitent treatment or your presciptions filled correctly and the dosage filled out right. If you want to stay alive, stay away from RiteAid on China Lake Blvd, in Ridgecrest, CA.

I love using the Rite Aid Pharmacy. I've used drive thru and inside and have never had a problem. Great service and very efficient! Love Rite Aid Pharmacy!!!

This is the most disorganized, disingenuous pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. I was told, Friday, at another pharmacy my medication would not be available until next week. They would order it, or I could call other pharmacies and if anyone had it ask them to call and the Rx would be transferred. RiteAid said yes, they had it, and they would call. I called back several hours later, to be told, it would be ready in the morning. I called the next morning, now, no one can find me in the system! After, multiple questions and entering my full name and the doctor's name and my Rx, ta da it's there. I'm told it'll be ready this evening. Go to the drive thru, nope, no record, not there. They'll get if filled by tomorrow (Sunday). Call today, can't find me again. Now the story is when the other pharmacy was called they didn't have a record of me but no one at Rite Aid called to tell me that!! The other pharmacy has served me since 2015, monthly Rx and I know they have my record. The Rx from the doctor had already been confirmed by them. This is RIDICULOUS!!

Unequivocally the most inconsiderate and incompetent pharmacy staff I have ever come across.

Incompetent and unprofessional. I was in the pharmacy drive through for a half an hour and after getting a bag with supposedly both my medications in it I left in a hurry as I had places to be. Upon arriving home I discovered they did not put one of my prescriptions in the bag. I contacted the pharmacy and was told they would check surveillance footage when the manager arrived. Well, I got a call not long afterwards pinning the missing prescription on me and ultimately getting a "we aren't checking the camera footage" before getting shoved away. Whoever I spoke to, a gentleman (to be gracious), was incredibly rude and apathetic. Corporate Rite Aid is very kind and eager to help but Ridgecrest Rite Aid needs more heart when it comes to healthcare, because this display has been pitiful.

I have noticed there have been less employees in the Ridgecrest Rite Aid pharmacy. Even with that, the people who have assisted me in the pharmacy have always been courteous and friendly. On one occasion, I was told a prescription would be ready in the morning, so I went to pick it up and was told it wasn't ready. That was unusual experience for me. I like the drive through although sometimes it takes awhile if there are other cars ahead of me.

I have been a Rite Aid pharmacy customer for 16 years in San Diego. I recently moved to Ridgecrest and have had some very serious health issues this past week and the communication from the pharmacy team to me and my doctor has been so horrible! They tell me one thing and the doctor something else. I drove to pick up something my doctor told me was called in to this pharmacy that she had confirmed earlier this morning WAS IN STOCK only to be told oh no, I didn't tell her we had them available cuz we do not!!!! I was forced to change my ongoing medications to CVS Caremark by my insurance and now I'm glad because I wouldn't want to have to deal with the poor and inconsistent communication that this team has exhibited to me multiple times in the span of just a few days!!!

Tonight I called the pharmacy. I talked to a wonderful & helpful pharmacist. He even recommended a program since my insurance doesn't pay out here. You get helpful and not helpful staff, at times, but this doctor/pharmacist was amazing. Keep up the great work. I am working two hours from home so it is good to know I can get needed meds when I am too sick or can't leave work & drive four hours to go to Lancaster Kaiser. Thank you from a happy customer.

Absolutely no courtesy with most employees in the pharmacy! Nobody smiles. Nobody says thank you or your welcome. Nobody can even simply say goodbye before hanging up the phone. The Asian pharmacist never smiles and acts like you are an inconvenience for just using their services. Short. Curt. Rude! A very unpleasant experience to use this pharmacy. I highly suggest finding a different pharmacy whom appreciates you using their company.

Shout out to Jim! He helped me find exactly everything that I needed! This helped as I just moved to Ridgecrest a month ago & I was not familiar with the layout of this Rite Aid.

Three times the cost of Walmart on everything. Read that: Everything. Pharmacy drive up is convenient, clean store friendly staff.

Had meds drop on the floor, had an emergency prescription sent in, and after the said 30 min to fill the script. We waiting for an hour and had to. Heck with them to be told... Oh, we don't have that. No phone call, no nothing. That's ridiculous when they were told it's life threatening if we don't get it.

The pharmacy here completely sucks it always takes forever to be seen through the drive-through. I don't understand why someone has to wait almost 20 minutes to get their prescriptions. It's this way all the time and they wonder why they're going out of business. We either need to hire more people in the pharmacy or do something completely different this is completely ridiculous and needs to be fixed ASAP.
