Don’t ever go in here and ask about an insurance claim my husband had taken his IPhone in because it was the battery expanded and broke his screen. They told him he couldn’t do an insurance claim because the battery was expanding and Apple should replace it because it was a defected but because his screen was cracked Apple wouldn’t replace it. He didn’t know you could just go online and file a claim and his phone wouldn’t even turn on to call about it. Since the store told him insurance wouldn’t replace it they had him buy a whole new phone. Really dissatisfied with the service received here when we could have just used our insurance we paid on for 2 years but instead had to spend 1200$.

I would like to give a shout out to the T-mobile Ridgecrest CA Team. I most recently changed providers. I went into the store with a certain phone in mind to buy, but they assisted me with purchasing the most beneficial phone for my personal and business needs. I am not so tech savvy so they explained in details the steps and assisted setting up my new device. They suggested other devices in which I later returned and purchased a camera. My visit is always friendly, informative and kind. Shout out to Hai and J'Nae who were the team members who assisted me. Thank you for being so helpful to assist a older lady.?

We drove over 2 hours to go to this t-mobile store and they were closed during there posted open hours. We even waited around and no one showed up. No note, nothing. Bad management at this store. Do not recommend.

I’ve avoided this store for about a year because they kept ordering the wrong screen protector for me and I just gave up. I finally came in for a new phone and received outstanding assistance from Eddie, Hai and Lupe. They ensured everything was taken care of before I walked out the door, from file transfers to the required accessories. They made sure I was in and out there within a timely manner, and more importantly that I wouldn’t have to come back. They didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, they listened to why I was getting a new phone, why I wanted the phone I came in for and tailored their sales approach based off of my specific needs. They did rave about the products they stand by, which might be because they are commission (?) but it was not in an annoying/unwelcome way and they genuinely seem passionate about the products they recommended. Very professional. It was a refreshing experience. I hope their supervisors check these reviews because these three deserve recognition/compensation for redeeming my opinion of this company, not that my opinion matters, but I’m sure I’m not the only one that appreciated their customer service.

Gio is the best! Professional, kind, experienced, very helpful at problem solving, and versatile. Yeah I started service on magenta and it started for two lines $70 next thing I knew so 8 months later I was up to $120 and I tried to get it down and get going up and I found out other people that the same program as me for 40 bucks I talked to him about that and there's nothing that they could do or would do I was told I would receive a free tablet I was charged for that tablet I never received free anything I told them that it was lost they continue to charge me for it I had an overall terrible terrible experience with this company I am not happy I stop paying and they're still charging me I don't suggest that anyone go with their wonderful programs cuz they start out low and mixing you know it up to extravagant amounts and I'm a senior citizen they wouldn't give me any kind of you know I mean yeah I would start out a discount but it wound up in atrocious amount of money that they just didn't have been that amount ever and they're taking a gun to send you citizens have
