I got a vehicle from here don't get me wrong I'm glad they were willing to help me and get a car with no credit but 5 almost 6 months went in for a diagnostic because my brakes weren't working properly turns out my master cylinder was failing and about $2,300 to fix yes, I did not get the warranty but definitely did not feel like I caused it then I proceeded to take it to 2 mechanics and both let me know it was in fact not my master cylinder but my ABS which I'm still looking about a little over 1k I just think it's crazy that I was about to pay for something completely different to what the problem was let alone I was not expecting to have to pay more money to fix the car as I'm still paying

Thank you to the team at Toyota Ridgecrest I have been looking around to purchase a Toyota. Sienna and I called pretty much every single dealer of Northern California and it was very difficult to get a straight answer or figure out the pricing and also the dealer adjustment was very affordable. here they were on the lower end compared to other places that were charging double and also on top of that, including a bunch of mandatory accessories that I didn't really want or need.Jesse picked up the phone call and was very helpful from the start, providing a straightforward pricing and also giving us a inventory list of vans that are on the way to the dealership and if I would like to reserve when he let me know do it right away which I did I put down a deposit which was really easy we did it over the phone. A simple credit app was all that was needed to get the van reservedOverall, I recommend this dealer if you are looking for a honest pricing and no pressure on sales or a lot of tactics to sell you a vehicle Everyone I dealt with, was very honest and open about what is needed and how it works and very accommodating on all of our request.

just purchased the rare to find 2023 xle pruis . looked for a while.. jesse, returned my text about my search for the car i was looking for, and said they had one coming in....he did a great job getting me all the info on the prius, exactly what i was looking for. jesse did a great job keeping me in the loop all the way thru the delivery and the sale. had a great orientation from him on the all aspects of the car while i was there, and then walked along with bruce in finance to complete my sale. they all did a great job for me ...can't say enough!! recommend them highly for your next car purchase experience. thanks again guys!!!curtis a.

We worked with Elias of Toyota of Ridgecrest recently. He was very courteous, transparent, straightforward, and very easy to work with from the beginning to the end of the whole sales transaction. It was an actual pleasure working with him, which was a pleasant surprise! We were dealing with other salespeople at the time from other dealerships, and it was very stressful and frustrating! Elias stood out because of his integrity! That's why we wanted to purchase our vehicle from his dealership, even though they were much further away from us than other dealerships. I hope Elias and his brother Jesus (who helped him with the delivery of our vehicle) get recognized for their hard work!

The service department has seriously gone downhill in the last year. The woman running it (Dorey) treats the customers and the employees like dirt. The customer is always wrong. She is rude and offensive. It takes forever to get in to get service, then they have to reschedule because the mechanics have quit. When someone is looking, Dorey is pleasant and sweet, the second you look away, even if you are in the same room, she turns nasty. She scolds the employees in front of customers. On top of that for our last repair, the problem was something known to fail in the vehicle at a certain mileage. 25K miles after that point, and multiple visits in the mean time, we brought it in with problems and they THEN found it. Wanted a full 800 dollars more for the repair than another shop in town. And then they said, oh, there are extra parts that need to be replaced. We asked the other shop, those were included in the price there. To top it off, they aren't fully checking the vehicle on routine service. Found that out when we had a flat in the middle of nowhere and the spare was flat.We've purchased multiple vehicles there. No more.

This dealership is a disappointment. I have been to several Toyota dealerships and Toyota of Ridgecrest is by far not the way Toyota treats their customers. The general manager Peter June and his shady used car lot tactics are way beneath Toyota's customer service. Bruce Shaver in finance is very incompetent in the paperwork it is ridiculous. We waited a long time to get a new RAV 4 prime so we put up with the horrible process of purchasing from them. When we left the dealership the car was not charged. There was no review of the options installed and how to's with the electronics. Am I happy with my RAV4 Prime? Yes. The experience with Ridgecrest will always be a shadow as long as I own this car.

I have bought two vehicles from Toyota of Ridgecrest in the past, so naturally, when I was in the market for a used vehicle for my son I went to see what was on the lot. The first time I was in the lot, it took about 15 minutes for me to see a salesman. When I made an inquiry about a certain vehicle, he said I can find everything I need to know about the car on their website. So of course I left. A few weeks later I decided to go back thinking maybe I'll get a better salesman, nope! My wife, two sons, and I were on the lot again looking at inventory. A salesman was sitting on the bench doing nothing just looking at us. He never even bothered to come see if we needed help. It was at that point I decided I will never buy another vehicle or allow this dealer to service any of my vehicles. Toyota of Ridgecrest needs to do better!

i happened to be near when it was time for my 20K service on my 2021 Tacoma. i tried calling to make an appointment, i was put on hold for 50+ minutes (long enough to drive from Mojave to Ridgecrest). I hung up when i arrived in Ridgecrest before they answered. I drove by, it was pretty empty, and I was able to make an appointment for the next day. The service staff were very friendly. The service took an hour, and seemed uneventful. The cost of the service was covered by Toyota, soo i can't comment on the cost. There weren't any extras like free car wash or anything else like i have experienced at other dealers. And during covid, there were $4,000 markup on Tacoma & $3,000 on camry above MSRP.
