I highly recommend getting your storage unit here. Jessica was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping us get into a unit and the correct size we needed. Got our moving supplies as well. We've had two storage units there for over three years and when bill and his wife ran this facility it was wonderful. Friendly service, roll carts at the elevators for convenience, we loved this place. Since the new lady started managing after Bills wife passed and he left we've had nothing but rude service, she keeps the carts way down by the office. The customer service is horrible now. The owners need to find a more friendly management. We are moving out ASAP. We are not the only ones who have complained about her rude behavior so I decided to write a review to warn new customers because all the good reviews on yelp are from four years ago when Bill and his wife managed the storage facility.
