We worked with Gail and her Assistant Alyssa to sell our house in San Diego and purchase a house in Highland. We had so many issues with our buyers Realtor and can not imagine getting through the transaction without very skilled realtors who were able to anticipate what was coming in order to protect our best interests. There were several offers on the table because our Realtors knew how to price to sell. We were able to get what we wanted for our house and found our beautiful house after considering 5 other houses. We had a lot of questions and they were always there and were very patient but also straightforward and explained everything which we appreciated. Again, knowing how to negotiate was the key to our purchase. Thanks to Gail and Alyssa during the sale and purchase we were 1 step ahead of the other side. We felt very protected and highly recommend Gail and Alyssa.

Gailmarie and her team are THE BEST. I have bought2 houses with the team real each timeI felt confident that they were looking out for me best interest. We looked for the months and they weren't deterred. They really wanted to best for us.

She is an outstanding person, agent and now a friend. Many people say they know the mountain communities but Gailmarie really does know the mountain communities in and outs.

The blue eyed woman that works at this office, and a few of the other people are really cool and know that my son is disabled and I was not able to park anywhere else so they would allow me to park here. Except now today for whatever reason now it’s an issue and I’m being threatened have my car towed when I’m picking up my disabled child. I even let the Woman know that I’ve spoken to people here about this before and they know that my son is disabled, but it doesn’t really matter. So I think that kind of shows the value of this company if they’re willing to do that to someone who is disabled. I would avoid them. My son can’t even walk and that is how we were treated. For the last eight months they didn’t care they were OK with it and then today they threaten to have my car towed while three of my other children were inside waiting and i stood outside of it for the short bus. you can see the parking lot was not even full, I was not disturbing anybody, but for whatever reason she wanted to come tell me that so I figured it would be best to tell the rest of the Mountain Community the type of people that work there

Since our first meeting, my family has been so Blessed to have met Gailmarie as our realtor. We spent time looking for a place up in Lake Arrowhead but she was most helpful in determining an area we wanted with her knowledge about the communities in the mountain. Seriously, small things such as description on what stairs would be like during a winter storm made a difference on some properties. Balconies that felt like we were on top of the world, but how much work would be involved in maintaining it. Driveways with a slope and small streets where single lanes only. We took her suggestions and advice about properties and explored and found a gem. Even after the sale, we were always in contact which I really appreciate. We ended up selling and used her services again. With her expertise, our experience of owning a house in the mountains was wonderful! Thanks Gailmarie! For everything! Life is a plus having you in our lives!
