Our company has been a customer of American Mobile Equipment Service for over 20 years. They always come through with the best rates and timely service. When the dealer can't get it right or the warranty repair will cause more down time that it is worth, American Mobile can get it done. They answer the phone day or night and even on weekends to get us back on the road and ready for the next project.

This company is very advanced in what they do. Always on time, they get the job done as always. Very professional and extremely nice. Everyone in the shop always has an up beat attitude and they are willing to help out with any questions or concerns. A very lovely family owned business, the owner Russ, who I have had the pleasure to meet is extremely kind and can really tell a story! I learn something new every time I come into the office. The shop is extremely well put together, and the staff here are incredible. You definitely get your money's worth and get all the information you need up front. This shop has some of the best customer service I've experienced! They're always honest and upfront about repairs and pricing and are competitive with many other shops in the area. My repairs were always completed in a timely fashion and if there was a set back they would notify me immediately. Always a great experience when I come to the shop!!
