They were rude, ignorant, unprofessional, and lacked social skills. Why are those people employed? Makes zero sense to me! If you cannot be your best self when assisting customers, then resign!

“This area around here has really been changing (for the better)this past month or so. City has been keeping all the homeless out of the area. The guys that work here are the best. Only 4 gas pumps, so it might get a bit crowded at times. It's good they have you pay inside, too many pumps have skimmers now days. P. S. The night guy isn't rude btw, he just doesn't speak English.”

“I always have a great experience whenever I visit this branch. The bank tellers are consistently professional, friendly, and very understanding. Just like today, Jan 16 2024, one of the tellers was exceptionally kind and professional. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions with patience and emotional intelligence. With that said, I do agree with others that the lines can be extremely long with not enough tellers. One time I waited for 30-45 minutes and it wasn’t fun, but I watched Youtube while waiting. When it was my turn, the teller was kind and professional while assisting me.”

“Today I want to give special thanks to the Bank of America employee in West Sacramento (1511 W Capitol Ave) — May Phan. My husband and I came in with a rather non-standard request: we urgently needed to change our account number to prevent an automatic payment from being processed.
Honestly, I didn’t expect anyone to resolve it so quickly and efficiently. Usually, at banks, you hear things like “that’s not possible” or “we can’t do that,” but May showed true professionalism. She thought it through, found a solution, and completed everything very quickly — and most importantly, before the payment was processed!
I’m sincerely grateful to her for such smart and creative work — not just following a script. After 3 years of banking here, I can say she is the best employee we’ve worked with.
If you’re a Bank of America customer and have a complex or urgent issue — I highly recommend reaching out to May. She truly helps and resolves issues, unlike others who often simply pass you along.

“Picture this: you ordered some nice true religion jeans on line and you are dying to get them. But then, they finally are delivered and you aren't home to sign for the package. Hold on, it's ok though because you can pick up your UPS package at this Poplar Food & Lquor that's open until the evening. I'm not pulling your leg on this one, its true. Apparently, UPS will leave you a missed u notice with this location for pick up. You just need your I.D. for pick up and it really is convenient. The rating is purely on the service and convenience of it. The store itself isn't a place I would normally stop to pick up some cold ones.”

“We have used Madison Service, (Sinclair station at Madison Ave. and Manzanita Ave.) several times to tune up our air conditioning. Well finally the compressor in my wife's Buick Regal started working intermittently. Farshid suggested to alternatives, a diagnosis or just check and top off. I opted to have it filled, but before the car left the shop, it stopped cooling. Farshid did a diagnostic and it showed the compressor was the issue. He also noted the loud drive belt tensioner that made the engine sound as if it had a rattle.
We had him fix the ac and replace the tensioner assembly. Once again, his quote was super reasonable and there were no surprises. The wife is happy, the air conditioning is cold (today it was 103), and the annoying rattling the engine was doing is gone!
Farshid is amazing, friendly and gets it done. He will shop around for best prices on parts if you have the time. The important thing for me is that I trust Farshid!”
