Cesar, the parts specialist, helped me beyond belief: took all the time in the world to find the correct part 4 my Highlander.He is the quintessential customer service rep. and is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable.This man should have his in store. If I still had a business I'd hire him in a heartbeat.

As long as you don't need any of the normal services that an auto part store provides, this store is still terrible Oil containers always full, the alternator testing machines is Always broken, battery charger never works. The staff is not knowledgeable in auto parts Or their own store for that matter If you don't find the part number online first before you go in the likeliness of them finding it is slim to none. Or my personal favorite they find the part It says they have it in stock in multiple quantities but no one can find them

I was in today, 5/1 and picked up 2 wiper blades for my car and washer fluid. As I was filling the roommates car, I found out her blades were not doing so well. So, back to O’Reilly for 2 more! Got home and replaced one easy, other not so much. Back to the store for installation assistance! Shaun came out and immediately noticed the blade would not fit, and I (thinking ahead) brought out another one that looked like it would fit easier. Sure enough it did, and said not to worry about the slightly higher price for the other one. Awesome customer service and I’ll be back for blades, bulbs and anything else I feel comfortable with repairing myself. Thank you!!!

My wife had an absolute terrible experience. The mangager was rude, and had attitude problem. He acted as if my wife was bothering him by asking about her battery. She asked for help with her battery replacement, and the manager said, "well the answer would be no, if we were busy. Then he had his employee come out, who mumbled and rolled his eyes because he had to go out and check my wife' battery. He proceeds to check battery, still mumbling and acting very upset he was doing what he was asked to do. After checking battery, he just walks away from my wife. My wife, follows him in store, and says, whats going on with my battery? Again, the employee mumbles and again refuses to make eye contact. So, my wife asked what is going on with my battery? The answer, "no good". Meanwhile, the manager is wiping the store down during the whole time this was happening. My wife asks, are you guys about to close? It was 6pm, the manager replies, "no we close at 9pm" at this point, my wife still has not been offered a solution to her battery problem. Finally, she asks, do I need to buy new battery? Needless to say, the whole "customer service" and basic professional attitude, and common politeness is missing from this business. We will never come back, we will advise anyone who asks, never go to the Rio Linda O'Reillys. Very disappointing and rude experience. Advise, if you hate your job working there, do not work there.

Needed O ring. They offer individual rings rather than being forced to buy a pkt at $$$. Fixed my problem for $1.30.

Really helpful when I have problems with my car or need help fixing things, there’s always a long line but the employees are always more then happy to help put parts in my car. They have done a lot to help me understand and actually learn how to do it instead of just doing it themselves. I really appreciate the help. It takes a while to actually get things though
