While they offer a diverse selection and have a friendly staff, they could do a better job in assisting and educating customers who lack cigar knowledge. The cozy atmosphere and ventilation are nice, and pricing is reasonable. Overall, with improved guidance and instructions for cigar newbies, Cigar Club would become an even more attractive option for gift shoppers!”

But I can't pay the prices from all the local shops competing against Tony's because they are unbelievably expensive. To my luck they were open and not only are they open on Sundays they remodeled they whole place so it's more inviting and stocked with new awesome products. “This is a place where you walk into a space that feels so welcoming & inviting that you may not want to leave!You are greeted by the most awesome proprietor. He is knowledgeable about his products and has made valuable suggestions for me, which was super helpful.After chatting with me a little & getting to know what kind of product I was looking for, he understood what I wanted more than I did.He then explained to me why he thought I might not enjoy "this product" but he offered me a few different alternatives he thought I would enjoy more, for which I was greatly appreciative. I don't relish the idea of wasting money on something I won't like & having it end up as garbage.He has given me a couple of complimentary samples to take home to "try before you buy."To me, it feels like this shop is his passion.
