This isn't my houses USPS office but I went here to send a package. Midday Friday. The lobby had a steady flow of customers but the guy at the counter was friendly and fast. The building was clean and had the selection of envelopes and boxes that all offices have.

Disgusted at our new mail Letter Carrier she is very rude and lazy keeps shoving my FRAGILE items in my box that is tiny. She is so lazy that she can't drive up to my house and leave it on my door step I called a while back and talked to the supervisor she was awesome but if the new carrier is reading this that does packages on Acorn Hill in Rio Linda you are disrespectful and don't know how to read she needs to be fired or written up I already filed a complaint on USPS I've never had a issue recieving packages EVER until this new route person came along. This is the second time she shoved something fragile in my mail box.

They are lazy as can be I keep getting complaints about my car being parked next to my mail box but there is more then enough space to get the mail out and in. Maybe not to drive a whole mail truck up and not get out of the truck. But definitely to drive up and put mail in and get mail out. They are lazy.

I hate having to go to the post office, but if I do have to mail something, I make a point of coming here. It's also my local post office, so that's a bonus, but I would go out of my way to come here if I had to. Every time, the people who work here are super pleasant and helpful. It's usually just a quick trip, because they're so efficient. When my son was overseas and I had to send priority mail packages, they helped me with the labels, which can be confusing if you've never done it before. All in all, I'm really grateful for these people who make dealing with a government entity nearly painless.

These people failed to deliver my package, despite numerous deliveries in the past to my front door, claimed that I moved away then refused to give me my item that i paid for without giving me a "stern talking to". These people are very proud..

A couple months ago a request in person was made to change a broken lock on our mailbox. At that time my sister was notified that locks where changed on Fridays only. And that keys needed to be picked up in person for new locks. But they told her that there was no guarantee that locks would be changed when she came to get the key. So basically in order to find out if locks had been changed or not, she had to make a trip down there and just find out. There was no way to call and confirm to find out if locks were changed, she had to drive alllll the way down there and make a dry run and just HOPE the locks were changed and a new key was available. To prevent going down there she put an X on the lock with a sharpie. She checked the box to see if X was removed, it was. That meant the lock had been changed.Later. she went to the post office to pick the keys. An employee named HIRAM OR HIRAN notified me that the keys were not there and that THE KEYS WERE NOT GIVEN TO EMPLOYEES/CLERKS. my sister informed her that the CLERK next to her told HER that she NEEDED to come there in PERSON to pick up the keys. HIRAN/HIRAM walked away mid sentence without saying excuse me let me go check again. Then she left a few more times that the keys were not there and asked if she did the REQUEST. she explained to her again that the CLERK NEXT TO HER was the one who helped her and processed the request for the lock change. And that she was informed to pick the keys up in person here. She walked AWAY AGAIN WITHOUT SAYING EXCUSE ME MID SENTENCE and went to talk to another CLERK where the mail is to be picked up. We aren't sure what was discussed. She then looked for the 3rd time in the same place she had locked the first two times for the keys. SHE LOCATED the keys and just sat them on the counter AND TURNED HER BACK my sister and walked AWAY. She stood there and waited for her to address her and to apologize about the misinformation about the keys. She TOLD HER THANK YOU and SHE DIDNT SAY ANTHING. SHE SAID THANK YUO AGAIN AND SHE JUST THREW UP HER HANDS.....GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATIONS **SARCASM**NOW WE UNDERSTAND AND SYMPATHIZE WITH THE OTHER REVIEWS OF THIS LOCATION.....

The dude at the front was super rude and unhelpful. Sorry you’re having a bad day old man but you don’t have to take that out on me because I was confused with what was going on with a package I sent. The man with the grey hair working at the rio Linda store is the worst usps clerk I’ve ever dealt with. Thanks for nothing, never coming back to this usps. Go to the north highlands location they know how to treat people.

They delivered my package I had been waiting for 6 weeks for to a totally different address and because they delivered it incorrectly I didn't get my package or a refund. The shipper showed it was delivered so there was nothing they could do

Everyone in this office is great! I really dont have anything negative to say about it. They have plenty of parking and it is easy in and easy out. The facility is clean and they have plenty of supplies for those who need them.

My only complaint is all those weekly ads stuffed in my small mailbox. Majority of people with mailboxes like myself just throw them away.
