This is the worst car lot I bought a truck from them and they sold me for 3,200 and on the way home it overheated and broke down and check engine light came on I took it to a reliable mechanic shop that I take all my cars to and it had a bad head gasket and water pump and along list of other problems cost me 2,500 to fix they rig the cars up so they drive off once there in your possession it's your problem. The reviews are a 100% true save your money

I am posting this review because of all the bad reviews on here.I communicated with Ricardo for the sale of a car. He was very straightforward of what we can expect as far as a the overall price. He took care of the DMV paperwork for us as well for a fee, which is nice since we didn't have to do it ourselves. He gave us a pretty good deal. I will say, these are USED cars and mostly sold as is. I suggest paying for the carfax prior to buying the car to get a better understanding of what has happened and has been fixed on the car.Based on my experience, it was great but we paid it upfront. When I first took a look at these reviews, i noticed that majority of them is due to financing. They do in-house financing, meaning no credit check and the liability is high for them. So all the towing because they didn't pay is honestly not a reason for a 1 star review. So, with that said. Just as a way for me to better get this seller, I will come back to update this every 6 months or so

I bought my car a good deal 3000 down on a 2011 Mazda XX-7 with los less than 150000 I was willing to pay it off in the agreed amount of time 4-5 months at 575 and provided full coverage insurance on top of on time even early payments for the vehicle. communication is key and they are serious when they say they will take your car over a a DAY late payment however like they say every situation is different. at first they seemed shady and I felt defeated but after researching my rights and theirs and reporting to the authority regarding matter just to tie up any loose ends. the manager waived the storage fee s (3 days) and only charged me my originally payment amount. even though I have paid the car off Ii did not have a receipt for ONE PAYMENT. but I have referred many people here and honestly just do your homework make your payments and make sure you have insurance and this place really isn't that terrible. thank you guys for working with me and my situation as I am a brand new mom and cannot have not vehicle with my 3 month old baby.

Called a day ahead before closing and asked about availability of a vehicle. Was told it was still available. Drove down 3hrs for them to say they don't have it and that they have a lot of vehicles. They lied to get you in the door to try and sell u other cars. They lied about availability. Save your time and purchase else where. Car windows are left open during the rain so if u buy a car from them be aware. They got cheap cars but the sales tactic of lieing to customers to get them in the door so they can sell u other crapy cars.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This company will do you just like the reviews say. I traded my car in and explained to Ricardo Delreal that I was a single mom and had just moved back from a different state. When I did the paperwork w/ his employee, his employee didn't even complete the paperwork correctly. I had liability on the vehicle I traded my car in for and was told that liability was okay to have. (contract says otherwise) yes I should've read it thoroughly. Not once did I get a call or a reminder that it should've been full coverage. Before even walking out the damn place, his employee said liability was fine. My car ended up getting repossessed. I called the sheriffs office and they provided me w/ the tow companies information. That same night I contacted the tow company asking why it was repossed they told me they were not sure and that Real Deal Auto had them repossess it. That same night I texted "Ricardo" or "Richard" expecting a response back. I called him and it kept going to voicemail. I then called from a different number and he answered. I asked him why he had the car repossessed, he told me he did not and that he was not the owner but just a worker. I asked about the vehicle that I traded in and he told me that it was sold to the auction already. Mind you my first payment wasn't even due yet. He then said he would call me back and never did. I continued to reach out and texted. He ignored me for a whole day! Next day I was able to get in touch w/ him and he asked me how I got the tow companies information, I told him I called the police and they provided me w/ it. He then proceeded to tell me "I wish you would've called sooner, now there an extra day fee" all in total it wouldn't costed me over $1000 to get the car towed out. I ended up going to the tow yard and my tires were flat, I gave the keys to the guy on the yard as well. I can Ricardo again and he tells me "he will see what he can do". Fast forward to a few days later, I call again and ask him what's going on. He tells me I can pay to get it out. I already gave the tow yard the keys and my tires were flat. I could've paid for all the fees, plus getting full coverage on the vehicle but to have my tires flat and then have to pay $520 for my first car payment was not worth it. One thing I will say is -- I come from a place of where I've struggled. I come from a community that needs help and this company claims to want to help people but does shady business. I'll take the loss but what I'm not gonna do is allow this company and this man to keep taking advantage of people that need help. I was stuck in a sticky situation. Haven't been doing well these past few months but what you don't know Ricardo Delreal is that I'm a smart individual and I work along side very prominent people. You saw the outside of me and my situation and thought you could get over on me. You now have met your match and I'll see you in court. It may not be today nor tomorrow but your day will come and your business license and the ethics that you carry will be demolished. You will feel the pain and stress and hurt that everyone else has felt that you've done this to.

So I bought a car from them and they ended up having it towed because of no insurance policy but I had one made up and they still had it towed anyways ! And in order for me to get it out of town I need to make up the difference of what I owe on it ! Which is total bullcrap ! I owe a Grand on it and I have it sold but in order for me to get it out of town they are asking for the total of what I owe on it which is total b.s. ! I don't know where it is even at they won't tell me where my vehicle is even at ? I don't know where they get off strong arming me in order to get what I owe on it !

Okay yah I suggest for you guys not to come here! I had came here and put $2500 down for a BMW X5 and had the car for a whole month just until the day I needed to pay my first months car payment. It was due March 18th. I had texted CHINO from RealDealAuto and asked him if you can text me the Zelle I can send my car payment to since he said I was able to do a Zelle payment. Waited all Saturday for a text back and I got nothing....Comes to the next day(Sunday) I still didn't get a reply back. So I thought "okay it's a weekend".... I'll just wake up Monday morning and go over there and pay my car since he's not replying back. When I walked outside to get to my car and go. Guess what y'all. IT WAS GONE! It was about 7am and I've been calling and calling all the numbers I know to reach anyone at REALDEALAUTO. No reply. Same dayyy later on I got information from RENEE(worker that's work there) that I needed to pay $4500 just to get my car back and at the moment I knew I wasn't gonna get it back. I had asked how much would it be for me to just get my things out and she said they wasn't gonna charge me for that but it's at the office so I can come pick it up. I asked if I can have the grille on the car because I also paid for that and the car did not come with it. She said "IT WAS VANDALISM to take the grille off from the tow yard. Come to find out I know it wasn't at a tow yard because I have cameras and seen how it was taken from my house. I have the video and it was definitely not taken by a tow truck. One of them that works there came and unlocked the car with a spare key and got in and drove it off! Comes to the day I pick up my stuff . I texted her and asked "if the car was there at the dealership?" She said "NO". Picked up my things and drove off to the back of the dealership just to see if the car was there and it wasn't. Pulled back up to the front parking where I was just parked at to get my things and BOOM! There was my damn BMW parked in front like they was just waiting for me to leave to bring the car smh! On top of all that. Why do I spot the same BMW X5 down the street from my house !!!??? I know how the car I've had for a whole month looks like and it's the same car!!! Same car and everything but they had switched out the license plate! I've got pictures and videos and I will be uploading them. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Everyone just needs to report this company ASAP! (Just wanna add that they are just being fishy and they didn't even ask for the key back. I STILL GOT IT!! )

Save you time and DO NOT GO HERE!!!! To make a long story short, my husband fans I invested a lot of money (over 1k of work) into a vehicle my husband just purchased a little under a month ago. When I spoke to the manager regarding my husbands vehicle and to see if we can find a common ground, the manager automatically had an attitude, refused to help us, and hung up in my face! That goes to show what kind of shady business they are running. I purchase a lot of vehicles and go to many dealerships and all have treated me with respect. Real Deal Auto, is another story... They say they want to help people, but take advantage of those who do not have a lot of money and do not have a lot of options. It's sad how they operate their business. Please, if you're reading this, save your time and go somewhere else!!! I'm begging you, go on Craigslist, Facebook marketplace, riverside blvd in Roseville, Fulton ave, florin, rd, or ANYWHERE ELSE!!! But do not go to REAL DEAL AUTO!!!!!

AVOID. DISHONEST AND CRIMINAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. They sell LEMONS WITH MAJOR, IRREPARABLE MECHANICAL ISSUES and THEY LIE AND COVER UP FACTS ABOUT DEFECTS THAT THREATEN YOUR SAFETY. They need to be investigated and shut down by the County. Unsurprisingly their salespeople come up with answers to serious questions about the history and condition of the cars they sell -- which are literally junk cars from auctions and pick and pulls. Of course they act friendly when you're considering buying something... Then after you pull the trigger and find out they lied and they glue their cars together to make them driveable for basically a short test drive off the lot-- you're screwed, unless you have several thousands of dollars more to spend on an attorney to go through the "arbitration" process-- thousands of dollars more on top of the cost of the car that you don't have ANY assurance you'll get back! Try giving them a call after you've bought a car to initiate the arbitration process under California's LEMON LAW because the headgasket is blown, the transmission is blown, and the car CANNOT BE FIXED. They will hang up on you, block your calls when they see your phone number, and when you show up in person.. their criminal, piece of crap manager RICHARD who is staring at his computer in his office will ignore you - make you wait outside and then never invite you back in!! He has the nerve to say he "wasn't the one who sold you the car" and continue to take personal calls and help new customers and talk to his fellow crooks while treating you like a piece of garbage. Hell is waiting for the awful, ugly, rotten individuals who work here

******** Buyer's Beware ******* These guys are running a RACKET!!! Shady, ratchet dealer!!! They took advantage of and beat my 19 year old son out of a $3,500 down payment and then took the car back 1 day after they claim the 1st payment was due. No call, no notice no nothing!!! Just came and snatched the car back at 11:00 p.m. at night. And then blew him off and gave him the run around over and over and over again!!! When he asked for his personal effects out of the car they told him someone stole the car from them. They let calls go to a (full voicemail). They refuse to provide a copy of his contract (the original was in the glovebox) that he is entitled to. We drove to the lot today and we're told by Carlos (who sold him the car) that he couldn't talk to him about it or give him a copy of the contract. He said we had to talk to the owner. He wouldn't even give us the number himself, he text a lady at the front desk who gave us the number. Called the number given and talked to Ibrahim who refused to provide a copy of the contract! DONT BUY A CAR FROM THIS RACKET PLACE OR YOU WILL GET SCREWED TOO!!!

This place has to be the most crooked used dealership I've ever seen. My friend I would use her name but unfortunately they made her remove her negative reviews on different sites before they would return part of her money. Yes she gave them 2500 cash down for a car that literally only made it as far as from the lot to her house. Then it wouldn't start again unless a tow truck driver hooked it up to 4 batteries to get it to jump start. Then it would only stay running for 2 minutes. I mean this car was such a piece of junk. They gave her back blank copies of what she actually signed therefore they could write or check anything they wanted on the sales contract because they kept the originals and gave her copies of the documents before she filled them out. Therefore on the document that says option to return vehicle. This page is giving you the option to return the vehicle if you pay a fee. And you would have to paid the fee and returned it by the following day by by 3pm and here's the sneaky part the odometer could not exceed 100250 miles however on this paperwork it states the odometer reading is 100000 miles now here is the big catch the actual odometer readingbon the registration says it's 103000 miles. So even if she had paid the the fee for option to return the actual real odometer on the car would read that she went 3000 miles therefore would void the option to return. Therefore they would be able to keep all the money she gave them. Pretty shady. One other thing they did was when you sell a used car it's up to the seller to provide a smog certificate that shows its been smogged within 90 days. Well the last smog on this car was 8 months prior. They claimed they Don't have to follow these rules. Also by law they are to disclose if the car they are selling was a rental car and they failed to do that as well. Take my advice don't buy from this dealership it is not worth the headache. Don't make the same mistake my friend made now she has 900.00 less to find another used car and these people made 900 dollars for my friend to literally drive this car from the lot 12 miles to her house. The worst thing is they will sell this car to someone else and make some more money off this piece of junk.

Two stars is generous for this place. Rudest employees ever. They specialize in high mileage, very inexpensive cars. I called to see a car and they told me it was there. Drove 40 minutes to see it. It was gone. The employee was annoyed I asked to see it. He suggested I consider a Passat and pointed to a Jetta nearby. I left but was still interested in the first car. I called again. Apparently an employee had driven the car home. Ok whatever. So I drove 40 minutes again a few days later. The car was there this time. I started asking questions about the cat and apparently the price of the car was posted incorrectly to both their website and Craigslist. They wouldn't honor the posted price. I know they're not legally required to, but it is a shady practice nonetheless. I'll just pay more and go a legitimate dealership. This place is a joke.
