Haven't visited and likely wouldn't because the name is off putting. Can anyone explain why you would name this place "pipe dreams"

Kristina's AWESOME!! Thanks for answering all our questions and sharing your experience with us, and also for the meet and greet with Shasta. We had a nice time checking out the grounds and meeting the staff. While my niece might not be ready to giddy up, I sure will be! But I wanna fly before learning to trot!

We have been coming here and learning to ride for years. Always a great experience and I can't say enough about the staff. If you are interested I lessons, this definitely is the place!
