I had a hiccup on my part that left me without propane and Carrie was able to get me a fill nearly immediately and this was also just after the worst storm in 20 years that had utilities down for up to 5 days.Even if you use a different company, consider switching. You don't want to find out your propane company is subpar when your out of hot water and cannot run the heater in 30⁰ weather.Also, I was having a family emergency, and Carrie remembered and inquired. It's a personal touch hard to find.Just use Herger.They also own and fill the tank, so it's one company for both! The driver was very kind and can drive like a boss! No tire tracks on my grass.”
