We took my husband chevy truck there since a family friend recommended this place. Never again they replace something and drained the motor oil and of course denied they did that. We always check the fluid levels on our cars so we know for a fact it was done there. Do your research before you go there. FIND ANOTHER CHEVY DEALER IF POSSIBLE.

I had a scheduled appointment for vehicle service on September 28, 2023 at 1:00 PM, and unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing. Upon my arrival, I was informed that there was a power outage, and they requested me to reschedule. What added to the frustration was the lack of prior notification about the situation.The most perplexing aspect is their claim of leaving a voicemail to inform me of the power outage. Regrettably, I have not received any such voicemail, leading me to question the reliability and integrity of their communication methods. It is disheartening to be misled and left without a clear explanation or timely notification.As a loyal customer, I expect a higher level of service and communication from a reputable dealership associated with General Motors. This experience has not only inconvenienced me but has also eroded my trust in the professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction at Abel Chevrolet.

Absolutely the worst chevy dealership in the state. I had an appointment today, showed up, and they straight lied to my face saying "our power is out" (which is true) but "we tried calling you and left a voice mail" which is complete bs, so they wanted me to re-schedule. I insisted on leaving my vette with them overnight and they lied again saying there's no room when they have a fat parking lot behind the dealership. And for the final toppings to this, my last service center with them they overtightened my drain plug to oblivion which became impossible to unscrew and ended up stripping my bolt. That shows you how little they give care to customers cars. F everyone there and take your precious cars elsewhere like Dublin.

We bought a car from here last year. Since then we have received wonderful service from every department. It doesn't matter if it's myself or my husband, they're always providing great customer service. I appreciate that they seem to be down to earth individuals that genuinely want to help. I am happy to continue to return for our vehicle service needs.

Traded in a Corvette today for a newer Corvette. Very hassle free sales experience. No BS. Fair price for the trade and quick, painless as can be transaction. Nice with a smaller dealership same person does sales and finance with none of “The box game” and wait game. Was worth driving 1 1/2 hours.

Bought tires for my BMW online at tires.com, had them shipped to Able. They worked with me on a schedule to install them and also took care of disposing old tires. Can't say enough about their cooperation since this was not even a GM car. This gave me an opportunity to spec tires to my need as an Engineer rather than buy something off the shelf that doesn't completely suit me.

Bought my first car here. Ford focus a red one it's got killroy sticker on it. Oh hey rio vista farm down the road sells bug filled prerolls and bug fill cookie for the town to enjoy.

My truck had been leaking water inside the doors with all the recent rain. Still under warranty so I decided to bring it here. John Fleming was unwilling to see this as an issue and said it was a normal thing for water to leak inside a door and pool up. I asked him if it's normal to drive around with water in your door and he was unwilling to face my questions head on. He instead said that there was no issue. I asked him to document the findings (he told me over the phone he observed water in the door) however was unwilling to document this and when the service report was provided. I would look elsewhere for a place that actually is willing to live in reality. Very shady example of customer service. Forced to escalate the issue until it's resolved.

Chevy / Chevrolet Corvette C6 full engine replacement review. I was referred to Able by 2 separate Corvette owners as the best of the best in the whole bay area/NorCal. I worked with Rich - the Director of parts and sales. When I got there, there was a line of vettes outside of the install bay. I knew I went to the right place. Rich was over the top knowledgeable, and his pricing was fair. Everything went smoothly on such a big job and I was back on the road. After this, I had an unrelated problem. I went to another Chevy dealer only because it was closer to me (I won't mention which one) They had my vette for over a week and could not figure out the problem. I called Rich and explained the issue. He knew what the problem was before even looking at the car. Able has the most experienced mechanics in the industry. For all Corvettes and Chevy this is hands down the best shop.

Honestly one of the best dealerships I have gone to get to get my car serviced I have a 2003 Corvette and I just truly fell in love when they said they were able to fix my car and help me service it for a very reasonable price. I called ahead of time and spoke with John and he told me that I was able to get my code cleared that was storing on my dash on the Corvette and the day I had to go in John was at the front desk and he made me feel so welcomed and made sure I was getting the understanding of what was going to happen to the car how long it'll take what are the necessary steps. Overall I just love the way John made me feel welcomed and how the service department fix my car within a matter of 30 minutes highly recommend everyone going to this Chevrolet place
