Was having issues with my former bank, decided to go with bank of Stockton as my employer banks with them and recommended them. I walked in immediately, was greeted Miss Mary Taylor sat me down and walk me through all the steps and different packages; They offered through their checking and savings accounts. I was also shown how to set up my mobile checking app and all its features. Miss Mary had me out the door with a new debit card in 15 minutes. Could not be happier with the service at this location.

Just opened an account at this branch. All the bankers were helpful and friendly.I now have a place to help me save money so that my Corgi can go to college.

This bank was very helpful in securing a loan for a building is Isleton. I highly recommend working with the loan department. Many other bank would not even consider financing an older building but they took the time to make it happen! If you open up a checking account you can get a safety deposit box too! The staff has ALWAYS been friendly and helpful.

This place is an absolute joke. These ladies in this branch are drama-oriented. Every time I have gone in there is nobody up front or they're having inappropriate conversation with each other. I have to wait until whenever they finally decide to do their jobs. They all make it very clear that all customers who come in are bothering them, shame on me for needing to bank. The tall manager here is on a power trip. She will tell us "the rules and regulations of the bank" and why she "can't do certain things", then tell others something completely different. There is no structure or form in this branch. Seems like they kind of just make it up as they go. I loathe going inside and try and do everything at the ATM but unfortunately you can't always avoid going inside. There was a red headed woman with glasses who I'd always try to go to so I wouldn't get stuck with the others. It doesn't seem like she works there anymore, I haven't seen her in months. I don't blame her if she left, but she was the only nice one at this terrible place.

Every time I go into the Rio Vista branch they have treated me very well. Great personalities, great customer service thank you for everything. In a small town it's so nice that they know exactly who I am and they always ask how everything is going. Never had a bad experience with them and I love the makeover of the Bank. Thank you Bank of Stockton! I love my girls!

If only I could give zero Stars. These clowns disabled my bank card because I had a new account and there was an overdraft fee on it. They didn't say anything when I walked in with $500 to put the account back in the black they just let me walk out of there after having made a deposit. Now I'm stranded in Bay Area traffic with two little kids and I'm trying to dig pennies out of my ashtray while there are hundreds of dollars in my bank account. I called their customer service line no one can undo what they have done to me they all just don't give a s**** Bank of Stockton you suck you're fired.

I got a car loan from Bank of Stockton. Every time when I am making payment (outside of my billing cycle), they charge me with interest fee. E.g. there is no way to submit payment to principal only because they ALWAYS take interest fee. In addition, interest that I am being charged with is more than what I got in my paperwork. They ask me to contact customer support because somehow they don't willing to answer these questions through their messaging system. Very inconvenient and quite annoying.

The worlds oldest Diebold ATM machine and they charge $3 per ATM transaction. RIDICULOUS
