Too bad Ken sold. The new owners have no concern for filling prescriptions, for communicating with customers, for communicating with doctors offices, for communicating with hospital staff doctors and hospital pharmacies, to ensure continuity of medication for life threatening diseases.Sad, but we have now opted to transfer all care and pharmacy needs to Rite Aid in Suisun City, as it is well worth the cost in gas prices to ensure our family's medication needs are met timely and handled well, considering my wife is a severe A-Fib patient with a history of severe pleural effusion episodes, all of which require medications to manage without causing an immediate life threatening eventWe hope Ken and the former staff the best. We are filing complaints with the CA Board of Pharmacology and the CA Better Business Bureau against the new owners.

Purchased over $100 in gifts items and was informed I will be charged for wrapping because they were sale items. I asked when that started and was told it’s always been that way. I said I’ve lived here for 10 years and gave never been charged. Then this little girl came out from the back and chimed in . I asked her why she had involved herself in the conversation and was told she has a right to defend her coworkers! I said from what? See now they gave rights when a customer questions a new practice. Think twice about going there!

Great pharmacy, my paycheck hadn't posted and my insurance started the next day so they gave me the prescription I needed till I could return when those went through.

I know a visit to the pharmacy isnt very exciting but i gotta say to that my visit here started off as me needing advice on medication and treatment for something(i'll spare you the details). But when i talked to one of the pharmacist quietly about it, he sprang into action and went over and he was so good, thorough, and informative. I wish i knew his name cuz he was such a pleasant and professional person. He made me feel really good about doing business there. The store was the classic pharmacy with gifts and snacks on one half, and meds and health related stuff on the other.

It is nice to have a local pharmacy that cares about the community. Flu shots, boosters, and shingles vaccines are available. It's nice to have an automated refill by phone, and voice calls for prescriptions that are ready for pick up. Plus the candy selection is awesome ?

I am so grateful to have a pharmacy in town. Otherwise I would have to drive an hour to pick up a prescription, 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back and that is if the bridge is not up otherwise I can add much more time to my drive out of town. The staff is always so very helpful and polite and cheerful. If I have a question, they find an answer for me.

Such a convenience to have a pharmacy in town as well as such a cute and quaint gift shop (and they still sell "penny candy!")! It gives you those small town vibes but with big city conveniences!

The pharmacy is under new management with new rules. They won't fill prescriptions until you're there, and you must wait, i.e. you can't leave and come back. There's nothing worse than having to be around other sick people and being exposed, and exposing others to illness.

While I like the idea of supporting a local pharmacy in the small town I call home, they have now changed management and per policy no longer refill controlled substance prescriptions without the patient being physically present and waiting for the refill. The waits are often long and this seems like a rather pointless way to penalize legitimate patients and create more exposure points of viral illnesses during the upcoming cold and flu seasons for both patients and employees. This change in policy joins other consumer inconveniences that one tolerates to support a local business such as: limited hours, complete closure on Sundays, and utter lack of a more convenient and modernized way to refill prescriptions or notification system that a prescription has been filled. Prior to this change a patient could at least call and when they eventually got through to someone request a refill of their prescription so it might at least be ready once you drive over. Granted, they often forgot to fill called in refills also regardless of whether the prescription was a controlled substance or not.Back to corporate pharmacies and modern patient conveniences.

Very sad. New owners and the quality of service is going down. Call in your prescription refills days in advance. Ken, you are missed. I hope your daughter stays. Sometimes change is not positive or good.
