LIra's is everything a hometown market should be. They greet you. They thank you. Everyone seems to be truly happy to satisfy the customer. The cashiers are knowledgable and the deli workers so accurate and very warm and friendly. We had 2 sandwich platters with soft fresh rolls and delicious fixings. We also had a wonderful cookie platter with different varieties. I loved the snickerdoodle but they were all great.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday the deli features a tri-tip special sandwich. Barbecued outside and lots of beef in the sandwich. I like to get it with jalapeños and horseradish sauce only. This one is the top contender a must have an a big winner.

With us, having moved closer to the Rio Vista area over the last four months, I have gotten a whisper of a couple of current, and past customers mentioned how pricey it is at this grocery store. I can't say that there are some items that are definitely noticeable in price hikes. And then there are some items which I may consider somewhat of a bargain and partake in them. But I do not do my full on grocery shopping here as if I had to narrow down, it would be a little on the higher end of things. Some of the staffing here will speak to you and some of the staffing here will just, kind of mosey on by you and continue on as what they were doing. The store for the most part does seem to be kept clean. I do like how they have the deli area although we have not chosen anything from here currently. They do have some good parfaits.it is on the smaller end of a grocery store but the perfect fit for a smaller town. Just depends on my current household knees and what we're looking for and what our budget is by making the choice to go here and pick up a few items.

Yep, looks like Lira's has taken a page out of Safeways and Raley's playbook on how to openly practice racial profiling with a smile. I've been shopping there for over 3 years now and I'm still being followed around by a undercover security guard. I wouldn't so bad if they did the same to their white customers. My guess is they let white white customers rob them blind while intimidating minorities from shopping there.

Lyras is great because it is the only game in town. Literally. No other grocery store in 35 minutes in any direction. Because of that, they charge 25% more than other stores and Walmart. If you don't mind the prices jacked up, ship there any time.If you can plan better, go where the prices are better. They have minimal options and will order it if you ask. But other than location and relatively nice employees, you might want to go where your money ? goes further and the options are greater.Just my 2 cents.

Nice staff, products are expensive. But overall. It's a nice small grocery store in Rio Vista.

If you ever find your way to Rio Vista, please stop here. I'm begging you. Such a friendly staff, it must legit be the only grocery store here. Packed. Local folks gather at the end of the aisle talking about life. I was recommend this place by a customer. She had the chicken salad sandwich, I was sold on just the looks alone. When I walked in I was greeted right away, even when I didn't follow the process, they were still nice and patient. I let them know that this was my first time and the response I got "sweetie we know". I ordered the Chicken club meal, all for less than $11. Right before she wrapped the sandwich, she yelled out "this is why you'll come back" gripping the sandwich like it was a stack of money!! And I will most definitely be back. Half the sandwich is all you need. These big bad boys are nothing to play with.

Best last grocery stop before, camping, boating, fish, kite boarding, on the delta. They have a great deli, with sandwiches and salads. The staff is incredible hospitable and kind. The grocery store is a bit tight in the aisles, but they have small shopping carts ?.
