I need a passport in 2 weeks and she was patient with me and gave me a lot of suggestions which I took still reminding me realistically I may not get it in 2 weeks… unfortunately we had a Karyn walk in huffing and puffing and Loretta just dealt with this customer so patiently as I bit my tongue… I came from Elk Grove but I would definitely come back to isleton I love this post office! Very kind friendly and patient…”

“This is where I have my PO Box as well as where I do mailing for my home business. Rowena is the only employee who can run this office as smoothly as she does. She has the best personality which makes it nice to go there, as well as she is so organized & efficient. It would be nice if the main post office delivered our mail in a timely manner so that she wasn't left dealing with frustrated customers when it's completely out of her hands. Rowena manages her day so efficiently and I know this because I'm in there at least 2x a day every day.”
