I called here for some information, had such a pleasant experience with the lady that picked the phone up i believe the name was Jennifer. she was kind, and very prompt with awnsering my questions i will definitely be coming in to get a unit once we are ready.

Refuse to help with billing issue with their bank. Setup auto pay and unable to use my CC because of issue on their end.This all happened after my RV was vandalised, somebody stole 14 catalyticConverters from their yard and they refused to take responsibility and forced their customers to take vehicles to muffler shop for repairs. This is a dishonest business that will not help customers with their issues. Beware!!

I had a unit here for over three years with no issues. Management was really helpful in auctioning the stuff inside when I couldn’t get back to California to do it myself. I wasn’t expecting to get that help and I’m super grateful that they made the whole process so easy for me

If you have a nice boat with a nice motor. They give everybody a code to get in the gate. My boat was stolen and of course they said you are liable. If you want your boat stolen and your motor taken this is an excellent place to put your boat.

I was referred to this place by friends and family who have units there, and it was quite possibly one of the worst, if not the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I called to inquire about renting a unit at approximately 230pm the clerk stated he closed at 5pm, I said ok I will be there before 5pm. I got stuck behind the bridge on the way there so I called the guy at 430pm to tell him I'm still coming but there was no answer. I got there at 444pm and from the moment I got out the car, the old black man that opened the door was complaining non-stop and asking why I got there so late because he doesn't get paid after 5pm. I really didn't pay much attention to his complaining because I have dealt with people like that in the past, so I told him lets just go and get this done I know what I want this shouldn't take long. He showed me the unit, I filled out the application and had the money on the table ready to pay him by 452pm. Again the entire time while doing this he was non-stop complaining about how late it was, how Brentwood is not that far away and how he doesn't get paid after 5pm. At 452pm he looked at the application, looked at his computer and said he was not going to rent me the unit because it was too late to put the rental into the system! At this time he had the audacity to pull out his timecard and start to fill it out. So I drove 30min, saw the unit, gave him money, and filled out the application all before 5pm he then denies me the unit rental and tells me "NO! you have to come back on Tuesday." I said "Are you serious right now?" He got in my face and put it on me like I had the gall to show up as a paying customer at 445pm to do business where he works. And that "I was so inconsiderate because this was his Friday and he was trying to get off work!" I told him I did my part here is the money and all I need is a code to get in and I would leave, I don't care about the paperwork he can put it in whenever he wants, but nope. Totally refused to serve a potential new client! Never mind the fact that my friends and family that have a total of 6-8 units there and he knew that. I have never had such a crappy experience in doing something so simple as renting a little tin can unit. In my opinion this guy has absolutely no place running a business with direct customer contact. He could of easily stated over the phone that they don't take new clients after 430pm but he did not so apparently he is just slow and incompetent, unable to do something simple such as rent out a unit in a timely manner. I will be urging anyone I know to move out and I will happily help them.
