This shell station is rude. On July 1,2025, I just pulled to the front to asked the rep. to turn on the air. This Indian guy comes out yelling at me saying I couldn’t park there. It was for handicapped. For his information I have an handicapping plaque with a handicapped. But I just wanted them to turn the air. He then try to slam the door. I went to the air machine. The machine wasn’t working, so I had to go to the station and ask the rep to turn on the air. She was a rude white lady.I never had problems or spoken to like the two reps talk to me. If they don’t want to be there then they should not. They started my day to be bad. I was nothing but nice
To them. I will not go back to that station. All the nice people quit. I WONDER WHY. Change management and the whole team!!!! Everyone should go to Chevron or the off brand gas station. Cause she’ll sucks in Rio Vista, CA.

When here one time for gas. Hey rio vista farms down the road is infested with afids. They sell bug loaded prerolls and cookies to unsuspecting customers.

I frequent this particular gas station at least twice a week throughout my weekly commute. I have yet to go inside, simply because I am able to just utilize the Shell app and pay outside through my phone for the pump of gas. Being that this is one of the two gas stations in this town it does stay pretty busy but pretty spacious because big rigs can also gas up here. As we all know gas prices are pretty much through everybody's roof but between the competitor across the street from here I choose to come here because of the prices. Exterior of the location is always clean as well.

We needed gasoline, and we needed it now!! Always make sure to keep an eye on your fuel gauge because you do not want to be stuck in the middle of nowhere with an empty tank of gas in your vehicle. On our way to Napa with the family, we were fortunate to spot this Shell station just when we needed them. This gasoline station has a small convenience store with all kinds of snack and drinks. They have a restroom open to the public which is much appreciated during these pandemic times. The store could use a makeover, but other than that everything was fine. Service by the staff was good and friendly. Gas prices were reasonable. Bought my lotto ticket and chips. Would not hesitate to stop by this gas station in Rio Vista if we are ever in the neighborhood again.
