They manager is rude and doesn't return calls or answer the phone. When she answered the phone she answered with a "hello" as if I was bothering her. Very unreliable and unprofessional.

My husband and I have had a unit here for almost 3 years and we have had 0 issues. In fact the customer service has been really great! One time I didn't put the lock back on our unit correctly and they called to let me know that they caught it in their routine sweep. The customer service is great, it's really clean, and the price of the units are pretty affordable. Definitely recommend!

Storage was broken in to RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE POLICE STATION and valuables were stolen! So it obviously isn't that secure. Mickie was very rude. Will be moving stuff to different storage facility. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!
