Not a bad meat supplier. It just would be nice to know where and what they are putting in the meat. Let's not be another costco and sell meat that is messed with.

Went in for some ribeyes, all they had were choice cuts… picked up what I thought was a nice filet. Ended up being two petite filets. And the kid behind the counter was no help at all.

Good job aging the meat. Ground beef is good. Unfortunately the rest was one if the worst custom cut jobs ever. Did not follow cut list instructions at all. Steaks all bone in - requested boneless 1 inch - got bone in 1/2 inch. Tenderloin supposed to be whole - bunch of pieces. Just a few examples - pretty much got the whole thing wrong. Cannot recommend.
After looking thru the boxes - even worse than above. cut instructions seemed to be 90% disregarded. And some of the stuff is nearly unusable.

This place ripped me off royally. Don't take your deer here their is better cheaper options. Charge for fat and 16$ a lb is insane. Don't know how this place has 5 stars with what I've heard after the fact.

I went here some time back and decided to try a couple slabs of meat to throw on the grill at the in-laws. The rib eyes were Uber marbled and already seasoned so I bought four of em, put on my aprin and cooked em right up! I'll tell ya this place beats the brakes off of Dave's Meat Service! Way better bang for your buck too! Everybody at the table practically inhaled those puppies and thought it was waygu! Word to the wise: have some milk or high quality h2o ready cause whatever seasoning they use had me beet red and tearing up. But I just pretended it was the God awful beer my father in law drinks. Im definitely coming back! Can't wait to slap more of Austin's meat on my grill!

Small but filled with great people and great meat (guess what time it is...meat party time!).As I walked in I was immediately welcomed and asked if they could get something for me (as they diligently worked to package meats).It's a little hidden gem that offers quality meat (yeah! Good meat ain't cheap).This is a CARNIVORE dream (just bring your Benjamin's, this ain't your local grocery store).Today I bought filet mignon, bacon, and multiple sausage flavors.Go try it.Slow and low heat over a generous amount of heat will bring the natural flavors out.Have fun and happy hunting.PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT:Austin's meat, like all others, may cause MEAT SWEATS.

Very friendly folks. Four deer ready in a week. Vac pacs labeled and clean. Great tasting brawts! Will have to try the jalapeño cheddar next time. That big aged tomahawk in their deli cabinet looked so good. Open another shop closer to the bay please, guys!

Being new to the area, we were excited to find Austin's which is in walking distance, and have been very happy with everything we have picked up. The photo attached is the second 3" porterhouse we have purchased, and it was tremendous. We have also bought Rib-eyes and Dino bones (beef ribs). Certainly looking forward to our next trip/purchase.

Customer service at its FINEST. The entire staff is service oriented and professional. Highly recommend Austin's for your game processing! Most game processors are unorganized, and make you feel like you were ripped off, but not here. Great people/service, clean shop, fair pricing and phenomenal tastes/product. My kids love the chili cheese sausage! Amanda went above and beyond to get my game bags back quickly for the next hunt. Thank you! All Hunters should be going here for game processing, well worth the drive even if it's a long drive! I will be back again! Thank you Austin's Meat!
