“Great lumberyard in Modesto with tons of heritage! They are more expensive than most other places in town. This is usually worth the cost of entry due to the quality of the products and the knowledgeability of the staff. I will say there’s been a pretty steep decline in the quality of the service over the last year or so, this place is still the best place to go in town for quality goods. Sometimes they might lose your order for months on end. They also won’t recognize a contractor discount even if you have your contractors license they’re with you most often either the accounting, staff or window and bulk purchase specialist are not available these days. They will get back to you, but it might be slow.”

“Has beautiful plants. I usually check out the plants in clearance that are 70% off. Nice succulent collection at a cheaper price than most places. Only complaint is they don't have. Vegetable plants.”
