The facial was beyond amazing, it was so much more than I was expecting! I have sensitive skin and wax didn’t even leave my skin red! The atmosphere was so relaxing and super cute! Suzi explained everything so well, I came in nervous and left soo happy and looking forward to my next appointment.

My go to wax wizard..!!.. It's a drive from where I live, but definitely worth the drive. She's professional. Quick. Makes you feel comfy and painless. She knows what she's doing. Walked out satisfied every single time.

If you've ever had any doubts about getting this done and looked around like I did, I promise you will not regret coming to see Suzi. I almost don't want to share how good she is so that I can still manage to get on her books. Years ago I had gone to a place that had been recommended to me and had an awful and painful experience. But Suzi is so incredibly talented, she talks to you to distract you from what is going on downstairs and before you know it it's over and you go home smooth as can be.

Susan is GREAT! when you first walk into her studio is quite pleasant, easy to get to with street parking available. I was a bit nervous but Susan made feel at ease ; she's a natural at what she does . I love the fact that she tries to come up with services that are very difficult to find near by . I strongly agree with other reviews that she is clean,efficient,friendly and personable!!

This was my first time at Charmed Salon getting a wax by Suzi. My experience was amazing. The salon was super clean, smelled really good. Suzi made me feel very comfortable and did an amazing job. I initially went to EWC and they were nice but something didn't sit well with me when it came to my waxer. I looked up this place and decided to give it a go. I'm so glad I did. Susan is honestly so kinda, understanding and she talks to you through the whole process so it makes it easier. If you need someone in the room with you she allows them back there with you. I've been going here since October 2018 and have no intention of going anywhere else.
