She told me she would have no problem dropping off my order after she got off work which that in its self is amazing. But she made everything work out and my description of what I wanted was vague but she delivered and then some. My sister was happier than ever. “I had made the mistake of ordering a spray for my uncle's Celebration of Life from an online florist website 2 days before his service. On the afternoon before, I asked my cousin if it had arrived that day as I had ordered. It had not. Frantic, the night before the Service, I was looking up Modesto Florists. I called Flowers by Alis at 9 AM, an hour before it opened. She answered and said, "Yes, she could make the Spray by noon!" Everyone agreed, it was absolutely beautiful! “Did a same week order to get a nice arranagement for my aunt's funeral services. The owner took my order. He was gentle, kind and very attentive. Joseph was also very empathetic about our recent loss and he expressed his condolences them moment I told him I was ordering for my aunt's funeral. I had called the funeral home first to check on the hours of delivery and if someone would be present to receive my aunt's flower arrangement. I then called Joseph back to coordinate and confirm the time for the delivery to the funeral home and he did exactly what we had arranged for him to do. The arrangment was beautiful and displayed very elegantly. I made my own ribbon with what I wanted the message to read, but he added the paper message with my order. It was all nice and my family and I were grateful for his talent with making the order on such a short notice and making it look perfect for her final farewell.”
