My favorite Loves in the country! The area around is very walkable with a Starbucks and Indian food spot across the street! The truck parking spots are super wide and the location is central to quite a few places we deliver to. The bathrooms are messy sometimes but I attribute that to the rough looking locals I see inside sometimes.

I’ve always liked this Loves. Malachi and the night shift staff are always friendly and helpful and keep everything clean and organized. When ever the line at the register gets too long someone always jumps in to help. I appreciate everyone that works here they all work hard.

At this point the reviews write themselves. I will say this for now on when the reviews are not going to be good, I’ll make sure to leave photos and let the establishment as well patrons to make their on decision. Truck stops are going down with the quality of cleaning but want to overcharge truck drivers for every single thing including showers. We paid $20 to shower here which is highway robbery since they don’t even clean properly. So Loves since you all love to respond with we take pride in the cleanliness of our facilities and all that other word salad mess you all like to respond with tell me if these photos are what you call clean.

No truck drivers should come here. If you want to take a bath, you must have a physical card. Otherwise, you cannot bathe here. App is not working here.

The policy explained to me by a manager is that it’s ok to park at Love’s as long as it’s not over 24 hours and your vehicle is attended. Apparently that’s only as long as an entitled employee doesn’t have to walk an extra few feet to park on a busy morning, then they start harassing customers.
The regular evening crews are consistently kind, polite, accommodating, and helpful. The regular morning crews are (in general) rude, unprofessional and willing to harass people unnecessarily, knocking on cars, waking up sleeping drivers, even when a customer is operating within their policies.
I used to stop in three nights a week to shower and rest up until work the next morning. I ‘used to’ spend an average of $400 to $500 a month on showers, food, refreshments etc. at this location. That doesn’t include the gas I purchased exclusively at Love’s. I left tips in the shower rooms and cleaned up the floors, the sink, the counters… how many customers do that?
Don’t bite the hands that feed you.
I had been considering a cross country trip, enjoying Love’s accommodations along the way, saving money on hotels, grateful for such an accommodating business model in an age when good service is getting more rare. Unfortunately Love’s sites can’t be trusted to be consistent in their policies.
Three cheers for the kind, friendly Love’s employees. You know who you are. You’re the reason I didn’t have the heart to give this business 1 star.

I Walked in around 12:45am and heard the 2 employees say a racist remark regarding my ethnicity and I brushed it off and assumed it was a coincidence but then once I went to pay for my stuff the female cashier who seemed to be around 19-25 also denied me service. Very Disappointing/upsetting experience… Do better.
