Don’t come here if you have a electrical issue. All they do is hook up their tester and if it shows everything is good then they don’t want to do anything else despite the fact that you have a issue and they are too damn lazy to actually look. This is the 2nd time I had an issue with a trailer and when I got back to my company yard our mechanic found the issue within minutes of looking at it. Loves techs are just Cracker Jack technicians no matter which location you go to.

We brought one of our trucks to this Speedco location yesterday and had a terrible experience. The staff was extremely rude from the moment we arrived. The mechanic in particular was yelling at and verbally abusing my driver for absolutely no reason. Despite our driver remaining respectful and cooperative, the mechanic refused to properly address the issue with our truck.
The truck had already been diagnosed at a different Speedco location the night before. Since it was Saturday night, they couldn’t do the repair but advised us to purchase the brake solenoid mod valve and get it installed at the next Speedco — this location. We followed that exact recommendation, yet when we arrived, the staff was completely unprofessional and unhelpful.
Although they did install the part, the issue with the truck remained unresolved. What’s worse, they still charged us for labor even though the part was diagnosed and recommended by Speedco, installed by Speedco, but didn’t fix the problem.
This kind of service is completely unacceptable. We expect better from a national brand like Speedco. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this location at all costs — there’s no reason to tolerate unprofessionalism, verbal abuse, and being charged for a repair that clearly wasn’t completed properly.

Ridiculous customer service...while i waited for 2 hours they served another driver who came an hour after me ..
I arrived at 1115 and at 12 they left to break room without telling or while iwas waiting they came out aroun 1245 and started working on another truck who pulled in an hour after me...
No courtesy to customer waiting at all .
Nobody even cared to notice a truck waiting for service in the lube aisle ..
Absolutely unprofessional attitude..
Wasted my 3 hours and got late to pick up my load...

Horrible attitude to truck drivers! They think we all printing money or they wanna rob your company instead. 1 Mud Flap replacement is 153$. When i ask “ why it’s that expensive “ answer is “ you didn’t get quote “.. That’s the story.

I had just got two brand new steer Michelin tires installed these guy installed them wrong way. The arrow should be facing forward and untrained employee put the arrow backwards. I had to go back to Patterson speed co to get it fixed. Please train them right.

I did my semi truck service always from speedco from 6 years . I never happened like this before . Last 10/14/2024 I did service from Ripon ,CA Speedco and they told me we need to change the both differential oil and I said ok do it . They forget to do that and they charged me both differential oil and today 01/06/25 I’m here for my next service and when they checked again diffeentioal oil they was telling me we need to change the differential oil . And I was telling them you guys changed on last service and it’s now only 26,000 miles . I talked to manger and they refused to changed my differentials oil and he was telling me I need to pay again .
