Visiting from another state, and needed a nail appointment. My nails looked nice, but The nail tech I had was rough on one hand. Sore, and red, with slight cuts. She was pretty rough with holding my fingers and filing.

Don't ask for the guy! I want him all to myself. 😝 He gave me a great pedicure. I was a walk in and I had no problem waiting a few minutes.

Don’t usually write reviews but this was awful. Went to get my accrylics taken off. No acetone soak or any filing. They just used a cuticle cutter to literally PEEL off my nails. I should have asked at the time but this was my second time with acrylics and I didn’t know any better:( Now my nails are damaged beyond what they should have been and even bruised because of that terrible process. I could have peeled them off dry myself at home but I went back to get it professionally done in attempt to save my nails. Painful and upsetting to see my nails

I brought my granddaughter to get a mani/ pedi. This will definitely be my go to place every time I come to visit !! June was great and lynn did my nail perfectly.

Over charged, and when asked for a explanation on the price, they took my daughters picture without permission. Saying the picture was for their lawyers, incase we press changes?
Horrible customer service. Price was posted, and they charged more than was listed.

She is a master of her craft .. 4 stars because I'm ticklish. Great seating and accommodations.

I'm new to the Ripon area and in search for a nail salon. I went to Pro Nails and had the best experience! Anne did my pedicure and she was amazing. I also got a manicure and the gal did a great job. The salon was very clean and I appreciated the customer service. I will definitely be back!

Hi do not have a Lady named Ann do you nails she has a short temper I asked for white time she said she doesn't do white tips another Lady showed me that they do have them but to make her happy I went with the 10.00 more white and pink tips she was still mad she didn't push up my the back of my nails and didn't brush off the dust from sanding the pink stuff she didn't file my nails and the bottom tips are really thick the other Lady that took Carr of my Granddaughter was Professional

This is a hard one, I got a pedi and a 'mani', got to soak my feet, not my fingernails, then asked for french tip with dip with a rounded square style. She cut down my fingernails, without asking, I wanted to keep my length. I then received the pink under color as dip then she painted the tips with gel over the dip. That's it. I showered that night and all the gel started peeling off. Looked terrible for Christmas. I came back to get them fixed and they were closed. The only reason I'm giving a 3/5 star is because my pedi was amazing!

I just got a gel manicure and it was amazing. Lynn took her time and shaped my nails perfectly. The environment was clean, quiet and relaxing.
