Again today JS West proved why we chose JS West 25 years ago, SERVICE!, professionalism, quality, knowledgable, experience, honesty, pricing, response time, and friendly (both in office staff and field technicians). We are very pleased with JS West for our propane service. And the monthly installment plan is wonderful! Our neighbors use other service companies and are considering switching to JS West after hearing about how good the service and pricing is with JS West Propane, but the other companies require contracts, so it is difficult to change. Not with JS West, no contract.”

“After dealing with campora out of stockton , which I believe is the sister company, it was an absolute dream talking with Leida. Not only did she apologize for how unprofessional and negligent campora was (which was no fault of her own.) She very quickly was able to get a technician out to check where my gas leak is after being told I'd have to wait 4 days by stockton. Customer service skills absolutely impeccable. They should have her do some training in stockton.”
