I can't express how amazing this business is!! I had my grandmother's vintage ring repaired at another jeweler a few years ago and was not too impressed with the results of the repairs or cleaning. Not to mention, the repairs did not last more than a few weeks. I decided to have Ripon Jewelers access the ring and give suggestions on repairs. Not only were they able to help me with the replacement of diamonds that had fallen out from faulty repairs, but they fixed the prongs and added a new head to encase the center stone. They were also able to upgrade the center diamond. All of this for a fraction of the cost I paid at the previous jewler for fewer repairs and no upgrades. Not only was the customer service far more than superior, but my grandmother's vintage ring was returned to me in a state that brought me to tears! This 50+ year old, dingy, broken down ring looks like it is brand new. I will never be able to thank Ripon Jewelers enough for restoring this piece of my family's history.

I absolutely love Ripon Jewelers. They have gorgeous jewelry, and Becky is so helpful and sweet. I love their pieces so much that I've used them for styled shoots! They were perfect!

This place is truly a dump. To be honest, most jewelers are just terrible, in my opinion, but they sell jewelry the equivalent of polished turds. Not to mention their staff acts like they are a "King & Queen of S*** Island." Don't bother bringing anything of value to them. They will ruin it and insult you on your way out. I'd advise you to ignore the other reviews here, they are biased reviews given to them from their friend. Seek elsewhere.

My Wife has been asking me for years to get her a Mothers ring. They were very knowledgeable and helped me a lot. The price was very reasonable and the ring turned out beautiful. If you are in Ripon and need jewelry then check them out.

Just had a custom ring designed by Becky and it contained a Diamond from my wedding set, and 2 earrings from my mom. It is gorgeous!!! They were so helpful and kind. They cleaned my other rings and even credited the gold I had left over. They just did everything right. I would recommend this business to anyone that has any jewelry questions or need a special gift for someone or yourself!

Love this place. Great jewelry shop. Have gotten to know the owners and they have a touch for providing the right experience. Had them design a pendant earring set for my Wife which she loved! As the pandemic abates, will have them design a second set for our 45th Wedding Anniversary.

I highly recommend Ripon jewelers! I took my dad's old, sentimental pendant in for repair and they gave me multiple options for repair and thoroughly explained each. The pendant came back so shiny and renewed that I barely recognized it. This is a great, honest and efficient place for repairs. Oh and don't forget to browse all the other beautiful jewelry pieces on display!
