“Came here for my wife's passport renewal. She was greeted with Chris. Nice guy! Very communicative, professional, and even offered water. Jojie was accurate and ensured all the paperwork and documentation was correct and looked for errors. She did not make my wife feel rushed out. She also communicated everything, including the length of wait for the new passport and when they may send back the original documents. Both Chris and Jojie were amazing. All the staff were smiling and the environment itself was just welcoming, unlike other postal offices we've been to. Highly recommend making your way here to avoid angry, bitter USPS employees. Their customer service is beyond excellent! Great job, French Camp USPS employees!”

“Royce the owner made sure every person who walked in, feels acknowledged and welcomed, his staff are super friendly and professional too, he did my notarization for all the Paperwork I needed, for another state, he was fast, focused on my needs, super friendly and walked me through the process and paperwork in less than 15 minutes! “After reading several negative posts I was nervous if I was going to received the large leaner mirror I ordered for my daughter in one piece. But I have to say that from the voice message I received from Julie wanting to schedule the delivery & me calling back scheduling a 12:00pm - 3:00pm delivery their were no issues. I asked if the driver could call me prior to him heading to my address & Julie said not a problem. I received that call from Armando at 12:30pm stating that he would be at the place of delivery in 20 minutes. When he arrived he was very friendly & took extreme care unloading this mirror out of his large van truck. I'm writing this review today because the experience I had with Mountain Valley Express on Dec. 1, 2020 was "excellent" from start to finish. Thank you, Lee!”

“I found this spot on google because I was out of town and had to print and submit paper work asap. The lady there was beyond amazing ! I’m kinda slow when it comes to my phone lol, she helped me save documents and send it to her to print. Also she helped me get it mailed out and while I was filling it out she noticed I was doing it wrong, stopped me and helped me get it all fixed. Thank you so much for everything! And that exceptional customer service! I would highly recommend this place.”

“I like this place for making copies and sending EBAY packages. Give them my memory stick and they print the label right away. I made the mistake of trying another place closer to me, and they told me my memory stick would not work. Went to Postal Connections right after and had no problem whatsoever. I may have to drive a little farther, but it's worth the drive. Great customer service, everyone is very friendly and treat you good. Highly recommend.”
“Big, big shout out to Rene at the Staples Manteca store for helping me with a computer issue. I had been down rabbit hole after rabbit hole trying to get my new computer to speak to my “mature” printer and just kept running into issue after issue without any hope of success. Her suggestion was simple AND IT WORKED! Staples is a well organized and well supplied store with the most helpful and knowledgeable staff you could hope for. 100% recommend.”
