I closed my PO Box here in April 2023. I changed everything with my billing. I moved out of state July 2023. Still have my 3 credit reports saying I’m using this PO Box?

It smell so clean when I get all into RIPON post office. The ladies here are always so friendly and go the extra to help you out. The customer service is really good here.

POst Office of the year. I sent a package to a wrong address & Michelle was able to help me & get it to the correct homeowner. A life saver for sure.

Ripon postoffice ...small town ..great sevice, more like a family inverment, helpfull, fast , courteous ..really can't say enough about how I am pleasantly pleased with our post office

thieves! I go into to mail a box. The woman at the counter proceeds to ask for $11ish and I said its just a magazine; "can't mail a magazine its got ads in it" Wow; I re wrapped it, went in and called it a book and its $3. The 1 star is because I protested having sent books and magazines before at the lower rate. When I protested she claimed she'd just open it to see. Sure wish them out of business.

No enforcement of mask mandate. Staff do nor verify identity when closing out PO Boxes. Very lax on government policies.

I have a P.O box here and I have no complaint with the postal workers, but since they had some vandalism I have had to put up with the lobby closing at 7pm when it used to be 24hours. I have come here to shop at the center and found the doors wide open at 10pm one day. I thought maybe they were going back to the later times,. not wanting to risk that was just in error I showed up on Friday November 19th at 635pm and the doors were locked! I hate driving up here ( don't live near town) and find the doors are locked and there was no notice as to why. Can they be more consistent please I haven't been able to retrieve my mail in weeks.

I go into this post office all the time. The staff is helpful, nice and already know why I am there. Even when they are busy, they acknowledge you and are quick with their service. I use them for business and personally and they answer questions thoroughly and provide me with resources too. thank-you

I am new to Ripon and am very grateful to be here, may mail comes at different times of day but, I have patients and always know it will be there, I am saddened that it seems people don't feel the same way. life is short it can end in an instant, Appreciate everything and let people know you do. Thank for doing such a great job with my address change, i have not missed one piece of mail, GREAT JOB everyone at the Ripon post office, Stay safe and be blessed.
