I just went to this location today . I have 3 lines with At&nt . There is employee inside she is very Rude and she doesn’t like to help anyone making excuse go Best Buy or go somewhere else

Horrible. Manager is useless and refused to help in any way. Refusing to assist my issue. Had a "will be back in 30 minutes" sign on the door and waited for an hour for her to return.

I would give this place 10 stars. Evan helped me with my new phone and he was phenomenal and had me laughing. I had a great time with him. He was highly informative on any question I had. Will have my business there from now. Give him a raise!

Sales rep was pushy when I tried asking for help with insurance claim. Even said not to use claim she knows someone who used to work for AT&T and Apple and can fix my phone. Than tried offering to lowering my bill for an upgrade that I dont want. Kept insisting letting her friend fix my phone. When I said I wanted to go through insurance she kept insisting on her friend and the upgrade. I had enough and just left. Very disappointing. Very unprofessional also made me feel very comfortable.

I have been coming here since 2020, I always thought they were quick and helpful in person but when I recently called for an upgrade, a worker (woman) sounded irritated and wasn't very helpful. Unfortunately, I did not get her name. I understand some jobs are stressful especially when it comes to customer service, but life is also stressful in general for many people and you don't need to take it out on your customers. Anyways, she didn't even say bye, she just randomly ended our call out of nowhere. Hope this review helps someone when choosing an At&t store!

Definitely sticking to this store! Everyone was beyond nice and helpful and I was in and out in no time. Definitely recommend Riverbank location vs any Modesto location.

Zero stars. I went in explaining that I was looking for an inexpensive phone for a child to activate an already existing line. He LIED telling me that if the line hasn't been activated for a while the service will be bad so he OFFERED to change the phone number, but I would have to CALL CUST SERVICE AND "Tell them someone stole it. No, TELL THEM YOUR EX STOLE IT." He said I couldn't buy the phone and activate the existing line. Said there would be an activation fee for ADDING. A phone for the FIRST TIME to that line. I told him I changed my mind and wanted him to reverse anything he had done. He said he checked to make sure that it hadn't gone through (I hadn't paid for anything or committed to anything yet). He said it didn't go through. Cut to 30 mins later and customer service informed me that the line he tried to force me into was still there along with this set up of charges. I NEVER asked about insurance for a $50 phone, let alone the premium, most expensive package. When we called to ask him about it, and asked for a manager, Anthony HUNG UP! DON'T TAKE YOUR CHANCES at this retail store. Fraudulent, shady, con artists work here.

I wish I could give zero stars. Had no idea what an authorized store and a corporate store was until my unpleasant experience. DO NOT come to this store unless you want to be put through major stress. Back in November 2022 I qualified for an upgrade. Went towards closing time and upgraded my phone. After I purchased my new phone, I was told that my info could not be transferred since I didn't have enough storage therefore they suggested I return this phone and order a new one with more storage. Did that transaction and had to pay a second time for taxes. I received an empty box and immediately reported it to this store. They said unfortunately this is common and even when they receive their own shipment, phones are already missing at that point. The manager then took at look at my phone and said there was no need to have had ordered the phone with the larger storage because all I needed to have done was transferred everything to iCloud and then would have been able to transfer to the phone I originally upgraded to ugh!!! They told us to call customer service to get my money back. We have been going back and forth and after multiple calls, finally got my money back for the taxes. Luckily, they were able to remove the phone that i never received in the mail from my acct But now they are charging the full balance of the phone I originally upgraded to since they said it was supposed to be returned and was never returned. I learned today that a simple call from a rep at this store stating that the return was not needed and for a payment plan to be set could have avoided all this confusion. All i need is to be put on a payment plan and apparently that is not an option. Every time we go to the store they tell us to call 611 and when we call they tell us to go to the store. Just getting the run around. Worst experience ever! I feel that if the rep would have done his job correctly initially this would have never happened. I sent an email to the email address indicated below yesterday and have yet to receive a reply

JanCarlo is an outstanding representative for your AT&T. He is friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and patient. He made sure to explain all processes and answered all of our questions. To us our issue was difficult, he reassured us it would be resolved and it was, and his expert level of knowledge made it look easy. We are very satisfied customers!Also, we were in store for a bit and noticed how friendly and helpful the entire staff was. The store was clean, comfortable, organized and well stocked. Very happy with our experience.

I needed to switch to a different network. The process was very difficult and time consuming. However, the store manager named JuanCarlo, JC, was very patient, kind, courteous, and understanding. Because he was calm during this process, I remained calm. To do this process was well over 1.5 hours. He remained professional throughout this difficult process. As a matter of fact, he also used this time to do some quick training with other employees. He answered questions that other employees might have. All of the employees were very professional and friendly. I have been to this location before and encountered a rude employee. But this time, it was wonderful.
