“Nice staff, had a good honest technician help out with a diagnostic with why the front tires were wearing out the way they were. Came back with it needed a rack and pinion replacement. Price was kinda high at almost 1300 and the part wouldn't be in for a month. I went with my own mechanic at Ramos auto repair. Had the car repaired 2 days later at a fraction of what they quoted. I still appreciate the honesty at les Schwab. Id still go to them for tires, rotation and diagnostics.”

“I asked for 5 bucks in gas and added 50 cents to the gas purchase from the change left over from other stuff I purchased and the clerk made a mistake and put 55 cent on the pump I corrected the clerk and I went to pump the 4.95 that should have been on the pump and got squirrelled by a 4x4 and it's proud owner who bragged about it and 50 dollars later I noticed that I received a full tank they let me pay it back in full when my disability check came. Very good customer service and they are great for the neighborhood”

I purchased a rebuilt 2WD R150 transmission from them and returned my old one as a core.I have ~500 miles on the rebuild now and am really pleased with their product and service.Would 100% do business with them again and recommend their products to others. I'm happy to support a small independent shop that does 1st class work. The people who have answered the phone & emails have been kind and professional.For anyone interested, Timmy The Toolman has teamed w/ Yota1 and done an R150 transmssion and 5VZ-FE cylinder head rebuild videos. Both are gold mines of good information.”

“Great family owned business. Excellent service, prompt attention to customer needs. They are very good at explaining exactly what to expect when you bring in your vehicle. They go over all your details with you regarding any issues you are having asking detailed questions about your experience regarding vehicle breakdowns or any driving problems you may have encountered. We called and asked about having a vehicle towed to them that would not start. The vehicle arrived early afternoon and after we provided our detailed narration of our experiences they discussed their plan to investigate issues which caused our vehicle not to start. We left expecting to hear from them within a few days but we're totally surprised to learned they had successfully troubleshot the problem, completed the necessary repairs and had the vehicle ready for picking up within three hours. Amazing service, friendly, prompt and very reasonable bill. I will be taking all of my vehicles to them as well as recommending them to all of my family and friends.”
