βI dropped my car off to Neil on Tuesday and he had it ready for me on Thursday. Amazing receptionist and amazing people. It made the whole process so easy and enjoyable despite the situation. I had a scrape that chipped off the paint from my brand new car and when I picked it up I couldn’t even tell where the scrape was. 10/10β

They do free inspections and do a great job explaining what is needed and or recommended. Everyone from the Owner, technicians and the ladies up front are very friendly and courteous. βI don't think I will be able to say anything original that hasn't already been said about Bobby's Smog. I'm an absent minded car owner that had allowed my car to go way longer than it should have on its inspection.
Chris and the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful. They explained where I had let some things go longer than I should have, but at no point was I made to feel stupid or irresponsible. They explained what I needed to keep an eye on and be more mindful of. A week later and no issue with anything. The car drives and sounds great.
Please make sure to call ahead to make an appointment. I called on a Wednesday and the earliest they had was for a Friday that week. I take that as a good sign that they don't overbook and ensure that they aren't taking on a larger load that they can handle. I asked for a time frame on when to expect my car back and I braced on not having it for the weekend, Chris said that as long as there were no issues past smogging it and the routine inspection, they should have it done around lunchtime. And low and behold, lunch came and so did the call. On top of all that, they quoted a price for everything and came under it.

βThe reason I give 5 stars was because of David. I thought I was going to have to pled my case about a Modesto Subaru Coupon I had found online. Earlier that day the advisor that was helping me had attempted to give me a lesser discount instead of honoring the one I had presented. Don't get me wrong they were kind.
However, David listened to me & was happy to help with this no problem! The service was awesome & my car is running like new! Give that man a raise! Thank you :) 🙏🏽β

ββI appreciated how helpful and polite the team was, and they finished my tires right on time. My issue is with how management runs the front counter. Having only two people upfront—who often have to walk outside with customers—causes massive lines. We waited 30 minutes just to grab our keys to leave. On top of that, no one contacts you when your vehicle is finished. Sending an automated text or phone call when work is done would go a very long way!β

My car’s A/C issue wasn’t something they simply threw parts at and hoped for the best. They took the time to properly diagnose the problem, explain what they were finding, and work through the issue until they found the right solution. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed and made sure I understood what was going on.
