“I usually use McCoy over on McHenry, so this was my first time at this location. I called ahead and asked about the wait (on a weekend) and they had no one in line but were closing in an hour. I had a flat tire that needed a patch only. I drove in and staff was basically waiting for me. Within about 2 min the tire was off my car and they were rolling it away! 15 min later I was back on my way. Good value, good service, and pro staff. Pretty much everything you could ask for!”

“WHEELS and WHEELS and more WHEELS !!!!!!! City Tire Sales Ink Was just what I needed on my car. They put that ink all over that hubcaps . Was nice, weird grey inks. Tocmake my car go now nicely and not badlike into the oncoming traffick like I'm batman?So now I drive sweet and they used that ink on my car to make me drive better. Now I can go visit my favorite ? thanks for dicing and slciking at that there wheel there for not only a CIRCUS ? of a delight to behold . But this price (OF THE INK) was very LOW (For WheelInk) . “Can't say enough great things about Ron, his family and his quality of work!We we pulling our 45' fifth wheel camper from Texas to California and 120 miles from our destination our transmission went out in Modesto, CA on a Sunday afternoon. We were lucky enough to have called Ron first who not only answered on a Sunday afternoon, but let us have the truck towed to his shop and Ron brought his personal truck to tow our camper to his shop and let us stay there for the night.Monday morning, he had the transmission our of the truck and torn down with full diagnostics by 9:00 am.Finding out we needed a full rebuild, Ron pulled our camper another 40 minutes away to get us setup at a local campsite.Ron expedited the rebuild finding all the non stock parts needed to rebuild my already custom transmission and I had full confidence in his work after meeting his team and listening to them discuss the build.When the truck was ready a few days later, Ron drove the truck to the campsite to pick me up saving me from having to Uber to the shop.Truck was perfect after the rebuild and we safely made it to our destination in California and all the way home (1800 miles) to Texas without any issues.Highly recommend Ron and his team for any work you may need.”

They never try to up sell you unnecessary services. I just had them do my 100,000 mile service on my 2013 Infiniti G37 and they charged less than half of what the dealership quoted me for the service. They have also repaired my husband's 2000 Ford F150 and while my husband has mechanical skills himself, with advancing age he prefers to leave it to pros he trusts. “Just purchased a 2003 CL 55 AMG Mercedeze Benz from McHenry Auto. Hamik was my sales representive. I had been looking for this vehicle for quit some time and finally found what I was looking for, but naturrally I was skepticle because it is a used car dealeeship. Hamik made me at ease informing me that this car was in imaculant condition, and well maintained by its previous owners. I was very impressed by his knollege and detail with the CL Benz models. We had great communication over the phone, emails, and with texting and I believe I got a fair deal for the vehicle. Hamik runs a professional established business, and I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from him to my friends and collegues. There was no pressure on the test drive, Hamik showed us a really nice path to test drive the car and allowed us as much time as we needed. It was an awsome experience amd the paperwork process was quick! Hamik even allowed to put the car on a rack, remove the protetive covers and inspect for oil leaks. That showes Honesty! Overall a great experience and I love the car.”

“Here we are again. For some reason my boyfriend always has tire issues. We ended up stopping by here after lunch on Saturday. This location seems small. There was already a few people a head of us but the wait took about 1hr 30 min. The guy helping was super friendly and helped us check-in right away. We had them check the tires to make sure we didn't run over a nail. Turns out the tires just needed more air because of the change of weather.”

I have been to mechanics where they charge you for work but it turns out it is something else wrong with your car. That will never be the case here, they will always pinpoint the problem and if they don't work on that kind of stuff (which is rare) they will tell you and not waste your time or your money. “I read the reviews and decided to check it out for myself. I like the close convenient location, just minutes from my home. The owner explained in detail the work they would do and what my options were. He understood that I was paying out of pocket and not using insurance, therefore he tried to make my dollar stretch. He did not take advantage or try to sell me on more even though my car is older and could definitely use more "fixing". He walked me through the quote so I understood what he was charging me for and what he chose not to charge me for. He checked for non dealer parts pricing to provide me options. My car was ready 1 day prior to what was estimated. I was surprised to see that they went ahead and fixed 2 small dents that was not quoted, just to be nice. They used top of the line paint that wont chip, this was huge for me since previous work done used poor quality paint and I had lots of chipping over the years. The entire staff was professional and kind. I felt safe and waited in the waiting room for my ride. Excellent experience overall and would return and tell my friends to go here.”

“Just take it to Bobby smogsI took my car that had not pass smog and had other thing wrong with my car. They fixed the problem with my car and they found where my leak was just leave it for a day and it drives like new when you pick it up. Yes they do take the valley can program you just have to have the voucher code that the program will send you.”
