I had some questions about a break pad replacement I was doing on a Honda Accord, the staff was very helpful. They also resolved a problem I had with parts that were not correct from the part supplier or manufacturer. I have always gotten great support from AutoZone locations. But the riverbank location really was fantastic.

Sad to say that a member of this auto part store was extremely rude and had an attitude of not wanting to help. It was obvious she is confused in life and unfortunately she brings this attitude to work where she is supposed to help and advise the customers; I own a pick up truck and I went to buy an air filter when I went to ask for help she was not happy and ask me for f the wanted the filter with an offer packet, I didn’t know what that mean so I asked her what was the offer packet and her answer was with a smart attitude “ I don’t know I don’t own a truck” I pause for a quick minute then I asked her so if I call the store and ask you anything about a truck you won’t be able to help me because you don’t own a truck? Then her answer remained the same, then I said looks like you have an attitude and need to fix it and walked out.
Auto Zone used to train their employees to be helpful and courteous sadly this is the 2nd time this happened to me at this Riverbank location and it truly is a shame, there is a kid Jonathan who is very helpful and nice though too bad he doesn’t train this girl who clearly needs it or she needs to not work with the public. To be exact this happened on 6/15/24 around 9-10 am
I know manager won’t do anything but I hope people reads this review ..

Went to find a cabin filter. I was greeted immediately when we walked in and asked if we needed help. After giving the info to the female cashier she told us that the part was at another store nearby so she called the Pelandale store and they will hold it for us! So helpful and saved us a bunch of time! Thank you for the service and smiles!

I had 24 years in retail management before retiring on to something else, so I have to say that it always makes me feel good when I walk into a store that runs like a well-oiled machine and checks all the boxes for how a business should be run.
I always like coming to this AutoZone because it's only a 3-4 minute walk from the house.
They generally have what I need, their prices are reasonable for the most part, and their customer service is always an A+.
Any time I come into a clean store, well dressed shelves, a good selection of parts, and friendly people, I have to give them a round of applause.
Good job, team.
Great job to the manager for instilling good work ethics.

Unlike there competitor they allowed me to shop without a mask due to my medical condition people seem to forget that the mask does not prevent you from getting this virus it's purpose is to prevent you from giving it to other people

Miguel G seemed like he doesn't like his job. Didn't really know where things were when we asked questions or even about product. & it was just cleaning product questions for inside the car. Idk, just seemed like he didn't wanna be bothered.
