Nice clean store.. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.They have never disappointed me as a long time customer of cricket. The store always seams to have stock of phones, accessories for in stock phones. The staff is trained, and pretty quick with bill payments, phone activation, and new services... Thank you for awesome service as always.

I had the absolute 2 worst experiences visiting this Criquet store than I've ever had in any store. The rude evening clerk disrespected me so bad that I couldn't quit Criquet fast enough. She was the most vile,, foul-mouthed liar I have ever ran into. My question to the owner: Why would you continue to allow this girl to work in your store? She had the door locked at 6:35 p.m. and nowhere to be found. As I waited, 3 customers tried to patronize your store but left disgruntled and in a state of confusion. At about 6:56 p.m., the lazy clerk appeared chomping on.Mcdonalds and ketchup dripping from her face!!! She informed me your store had zero phones available. Is that true? There are days when your phone store has ZERO phones of any kind? I Assumed she was not being truthful. After all, she has priors. Criquet or the franchise owner should pay attention to the behaviors of this girl. Tell-tale signs of drug abuse. Because of her foulness, I advise every Criquet user go to a different store or change carriers. I have visited and can attest that there are properly run stores.... Just not Riverbank, Ca.

The cashier lady (maritz. T I believe her name was) was very rude and unprofessional. Chewing gum and insulting and older man infront of other customers. I recommend you take your business elsewhere. ?

Went in today and had amazing customer service from Jessica and Amy. Jessica helped me find a charger and screen protector. Amy made the process of transferring my line to my iPhone smooth and fast. Thank you again ladies!

The stores internet was down so I came back on my break I called first and they told me what time they closed and I said I was on my way down. I get there and she just went in her 30 min break. So I have to waste time until she gets back. I go back and she's open but now does not have 30 change I'm livid her attitude stinks and has from the beginning. She answered a few questions but could tell didn't want to help me at all. The worst store and service yet

Asked if I can upgrade my phone, and the girl that works behind the counter just pointed and said over there..no customer service whatsoever, we just left.. I would have bought a new phone if I got some help. Looks like I'm going with a different carrier, a one that treats you a lot better than that place....
