The staff and management at this location should be fired for negligence. My mother who is spanish speaking only and a high-risk diabetic has made several visits to have her required insulin prescription refilled since December 2023. She has been told by the staff that her prescription is back-ordered and they would notify her when it was in stock. They have never reached out to her. It is now FEBRUARY 2024. The staff failed to provide alternative solutions such as checking inventory at other locations or notifying the doctor that a different prescription was needed due to the shortage of the one she was prescribed. I spoke to the Manager, AMALIA and she was rude, condescending, and unapologetic about the situation. My mother had to be rushed to the Emergency Hospital for her blood levels being over 300! They have put my mother's life in danger by their negligence and lack of care to do "right" by their customers. They have taken advantage that my mother cannot defend herself and dehumanized her because she is a minority, a woman, and non-english speaking.

Had surgery 12/13/23 Manteca CVS, claims the pain med.. is backordered. CVS Riverbank has medication, refused to fill order. They need to save 4 regular patients. I had shoulder surgery that day. No RX in CVS line would fill. DR call in order. Refer to pictures for comments surgery last Wed still no pain med.

Went to pick up my prescription and positioned myself in line at 1:25 pm. Patiently was waiting in line and was next to be helped. Apparently everyone goes to break at 1:30 pm. The lady notified me about the time and she quickly closed the door. There was no one behind me. It would have took less then a minute to help me, the last guest in line. Going to be changing locations. Horrible service

I hate how the pharmacist give me a hard time when I go to pick up my medication..especially my pain medication. They always ask me why I need it or ask why the doctor prescribed it to me. I have to call it each month to fill this pain medication and each moth it's an issue. The app shows which day I can call to have it filled and when I do they tell me no I have to wait more days. It's just annoying and I think it's time I switch my pharmacy.

I just had knee surgery.Ran out of my pain pills.Called yesterday to refill pain meds.Nurse from my doctors office approved and said they were refilling it.I called spoke to a floater pharmacist.Til me to call back at 3 pmI did, spoke with pharmacist ash said they would be ready at 5:00 pm today..Now I called back at 5 and 6 and was told that it would not be ready until Thursday at 8 pm.I’m trying to understand the incompetence of the pharmacist and the employees.I’m all these years this is the first time I am truly disappointed.I hope they treat their other customers better.

Tried to get a prescription filled here, was told they are not accepting any new patients. At a pharmacy ????? Never heard of that before.

The pharmacy is understaffed, therefore overworked. I try to avoid this place at all cost. If you want a better pharmacy in Riverbank I would suggest you call headquarters, and tell them to pull their head out of their very stinky rectums.

Received my Covid booster at cvs in Riverbank. I noticed my vaccinations was not forwarded to CDC automatically. I've called multiple times to have this corrected. I was told by pharmacy staff to contact CDC. As a customer and a physician, I don't understand this kind of service.
