Customer Service at the Target/CVS Pharmacy in Riverbank is Great when Rachel is there. She really shows she cares and is always willing to help.

The staff at this location is phenomenal but the phone system CVS uses now is horrible. There is no way I found to speak to an actual human being. As busy as this location is the fact that are always short staffed is obvious to anyone who shops here. CVS needs to address this before they wind up losing the quality staff... read full comment
