I called this morning to make a reservation for my daughter’s party. I asked the woman who answered if they were available 4/19 she said yes and she’d send me photos of their jumpers. I chose one and told her everything I needed. They asked for my address and suddenly said “sorry not available” so why ask me hat I wanted and ask for my address if you’re not available? That’s so unprofessional and honestly these people have terrible customer service.

I always rent my tables and chairs from this place, he is reasonable and very helpful. They load and unload my vehicle for me I highly recommend them.

We called very last minute about 4th of July water slide. Of course everything was booked, but I asked the woman on the phone to let me know if there is any cancellations. Yesterday she called me to let me know there was a cancellation and we had a water slide delivered today. I was so grateful that she contacted me and she was so friendly, and the gentlemen who delivered the water slide were very friendly and helpful!

My family and I have rented chairs and tables here for a while now but now seems theirs new owners , use to always to business with the older man working here . The new girl that works here is very rude had an event and called two weeks ahead of time to rent tables and chairs and every single day she’d tell me she was busy at the moment that she would return my call and she never did. Literally every call she’d say she’s busy and she’ll return my call and never would . Now renting from GGs rentals in Modesto and such great customer service.

I just moved to riverbank and this has been my go to for waterslides they’re always on time. Always respectful to me and always answer any questions I have for them. Definitely gonna keep renting slides from them. Keep up the good work guys!
