I went to Koh's over the weekend to look for pants and capris. I had trouble finding my size and asked a sales clerk a question. The sales clerk, Emily went out of her way to assist me. She not only answered my question, she took time to help me find my size and provided details on the various jeans. She carried a coversation with me and made me feel very comfortable. I really appreciate the excellent customer service I received. She made the experience perfect, I did not feel rushed in any way. I will definitely return to the Riverbank, Kohl's. Thank you so much, Emily!

I was so very surprised here and Kohl’s in Riverbank. I had a associate take me on as my personal shopper. I needed a few different things and she helped me find them and then ended up so I could get a nice discount sign up for a Kohl’s card I truly appreciate her Going out of her way to help me shop!

THIS REVIEW IS STRICTLY FOR SEPHORA NOT KOHL’S. BUYER BEWARE!!!! I PURCHASED A VERY EXPENSIVE PERFUME FROM SEPHORA ONLINE AND I JUST OPENED IT AND IT SMELLS NOTHING LIKE WHAT IT’S SUPPOSED TO. I HAVE HAD MANY BOTTLES OF MUGLER ALIEN AND WERE ALL PURCHASED FROM MACY’S AND SMELLED AMAZING AS IT SHOULD. I JUST CALLED AND SPOKE WITH AN ASST. MGR AND EXPLAINED I PURCHASED IT DEC 17 2023 BUT JUST NOW OPENED IT SINCE I JUST RAN OUT OF MY PREVIOUS BOTTLE THAT WAS PURCHASED FROM MACYS. THIS ITEM IS OBVIOUSLY DEFECTIVE AND SHE KEPT SAYING THE POLICY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES IS 60 DAYS. I ASKED IF THEY CAN MAKE AN EXCEPTION FOR A DEFECTIVE ITEM
THAT I HAD NO CONTROL OVER BUT ALL SHE CAN DO IS REPEAT THE POLICY. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY AUTHENTIC EXPENSIVE PERFUMES FROM MACYS BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY SEPHORA IS SELLING OLD, DEFECTIVE OR KNOCK OFFS. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

My hubby took me shopping for my birthday bought a ton of stuff like 600 and some change. When we tried to use our 30% coupon, we just got the day before they said it wasn't valid anymore. Sad and ti top it off we didn't get kohl's cash nothing. When we asked if we used our kohl's card, what would our reward points be? Know one could even tell us. So in the end we paid using our credit card. At least we get 5% back. Sad to say, i won't be shopping like that anymore. And hell, you get better deals online.
