Pretty bad customer service. I went here a few months ago and the car wash ripped off 1 of the 2 roof rack pieces on my car. Once I came out of the car wash I let one of the attendants know and asked them to get the piece that ripped off my car before I left. They couldn’t find it for some reason??? And I was in a rush so I left and said I’ll do the incident report another day and follow up with the rack once they find it. I called the very next day to ask about the roof rack and they looked and couldn’t find it. I went in the next day to do an incident report and ask about the rack again and they checked “everywhere” for it including the dumpster but couldn’t find it? It happened on a Friday, I called Saturday and went in Sunday to follow up. On Sunday they couldn’t find it and I was starting to get annoyed so I said I’ll follow up with their manager. I go in Monday and the GM ‘Kevin’ just left for lunch and I asked to do the incident report with him and ask what happened to the rack. They took down my info and said he will call me and go over it with me. I hear nothing. I call back on Friday and leave a message. Nothing. I call again on Monday morning and leave a message and get a call back from Kevin the next day ‘ tuesday, day 11’. He looks into it and tells me the 2 racks were crooked before I went in the car wash which voids their liability. Okay, that sucks but fair enough. I’d just like the roof rack piece back, it’s not cheap to replace. He said they most likely threw it away because that’s what they do with car parts if an incident report isn’t made within 10 days. But they searched 3 different times for me and never found it on days 1,2, and 3. And each of those days they checked the dumpster area. Why are you checking the dumpster area when you keep car parts for the 10 days until the incident report is no longer acceptable. Got to the point where I was thinking maybe I entered the car wash with 1 of the 2. But Kevin confirmed I entered with 2 once I finally talked to him. So I was trying to take care of it days 1,2, and 3. Then a note for Kevin with my info was taken by a worker, and then 2 voicemails for Kevin. Super convenient that he contacted me back on day 11 to do the incident report and talk about the roof rack. SMH. I got screwed out of $500 because Kevin couldn’t reach back out to me with my multiple attempts of contact until day 11. And then his response was just sorrrrry you needed to do it within 10 days. And like other comments that I’ve read, you could tell the attitude was sorrrrry not sorrrrrry you should’ve dealt with it sooner, not our problem. I was trying to get the incident report done with you on day 4,5,6,7,8,9, and 10. I would’ve been more satisfied if they just lied and told me I entered the car wash with the one piece already missing. Thanks Kev, I appreciate it buddy. Way to not follow up with someone who is making multiple efforts to get in contact with you and then put the blame on me saying I didn’t deal with it in time. Customer service is in the toilet these days anyway so it doesn’t surprise me. Sometimes you just have to take the L I guess. You can call this the story of the disappearing roof rack lol alright, I’m done typing now.

Quick and efficient car wash. Your car can’t be too dirty or this car wash won’t clean it all that well. Paid for the $14 wash and there are entire spots on my hood and rear window that the machines missed. Maybe it was just my experience, but I’ve gotten better washes on the base wash at other places

I love this location car wash at riverbank. It’s huge and have lots of slots to vacuum and they have the pressured air gun which helps to blow off the dusts in the intricate places and stubborn dust stuck to the mat. Only concern i have is i’d be 100% satisfied if they had a shed/over the top roof at the vacuum place. The water dries off easily under sun and leaves a spot. Otherwise it’s a great olace and i love it. I drive from modesto to riverbank to use their service.

Sometimes the machinery is too dirty and leaves the cars scratched and poorly washed. but the price is good.

Arrived and all lanes entering the premises were full. Don’t understand why folks who paid for unlimited washes monthly with tags on windshields have to wait longer than the folks in the “pay once” lane who were being allowed in more rapidly thus increasing the wait for everyone else. Other than that, car wash was what was expected. Clean area. Professional-looking staff.
