Very frustrated right now! I just drove 20 minutes to get a prescription dog food . I only have the email version of the prescription from the vet and they would not take it. They wanted me to drive home , pint it then come Back. Even though I explained that Petsmart has done it in the past and all the numbers that they enter is showing on the email . Bottomline I will never come back to this store . I would love to have the writtten prescription but my vet was closing on a Friday night so they emailed me the prescription .

Getting help here is a freaking joke. Went in to buy some fish. Asked for help multiple times. Was there for about 25 mins. Got no help at all. Employee was talking to other employees. Said yes she would help never came.

Everything was good except for the fact the delivery driver left package on front door step in the pouring rain. Could have went around back & left on patio out of the rain. Box fell apart before I got it in the house. But from the time I ordered to the time of delivery was like 3 days.

Even though I like the staff at my local Petco I will be driving further to give my business to PetSmart. I went in today to purchase a bag of dog food, which I do a minimum of once a month. I have been asking for a while now about the free bag of dog food after so many purchases and why I had not received it. I was given a bunch of different reasons over numerous months. Today While I was in there, I finally had someone that actually took the time to look. She found that I had for some reason 2 separate accounts of which the newer one had my phone number incorrect. They told me that all of my grooming and dog food was on one account, but my app was another which was why I was not receiving the free dog food on my app. That all my purchases were going on the other acct. They told me I had purchased enough dog food to have received 2 free bags at this point plus I was working towards my first free grooming. They told me I had to call the 888 customer service number to get the accounts combined so i could get my 2 free bags of dog food. When I called customer service, Rep Henrietta "fixed" my accounts and then told me they could not give me my 2 free bags of dog food. That was on the other account. I explained to her that she needed to transfer the 2 free bags from my other account onto my app. She told me that they were not able to do that, that it was not an option. That i could not get the two free bags i had earned that the best she could do was give me $5 in vital care credit.Petco, you need to learn to treat your customers better and give them what they have earned by loyally shopping at your store. When I am purchasing an $81 bag of dog food once a month from you guys to be told they cannot transfer my 2 free bags to my other acct. that you'll credit me $5 in vital care credit? Really? The two free bags would have totalled $160 not $5. It will be PetSmart from here on out for me. They might not have a free bag of dog food offer but I would rather give my money to a more honest company.

They always have the best toys for my dog and her favorite dog food which is Rachael Ray dog food. Overall, the store was very clean and organized and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I've only had my dog for 6 months and I've been coming to the riverbank Petco for years for my cats but now that I have a dog she absolutely loves coming to this store. Thank you very much for staying in business in my area and for the excellent services and products. ??

I just had the most unpleasant experience at the Petco in Riverbank with the groomer Kayla! I will never go back there again. She screwed up my appointment time and a bad attitude and tone with me and just flat out said i am not going to groom your dog today. The manager was no help either. I told them their actions and tone was unacceptable. Again, I will never go there again!!!!!

Our male cat was neutered and everyone was nice and professional and the procedure went quick. They all seemed to love the animals they care for.
