In my opinion, worst store in town to visit. I go all the way to the one down Oakdale or the one on Sisk because the employees at this Sally’s are so rude. Unprofessional and unwilling to have good customer service. I hate reviewing places as 1-Star but it’s every time I come to this store, and every time I think “maybe it will be better!”One incident, two girls were behind the counter on their phones, talking loudly & badly about some girl on Instagram who photoshops her body. Every time I go in employees are so dismissive when I ask for help. I asked once for an opinion on which product was better or more frequently bought and they DONT KNOW what they’re selling. I was given a shrug & eye roll. Please educate your staff at this location on the products they have in store. And on manners :(

I had never dyed my hair. Therefore, I was really anxious and had no clue what to do! I had so many questions. The ladies that worked there answered all my questions with glee. I loved how my hair color turned out! I highly recommend this place!

The location of the business isn't that great and the store is tiny, aisles are cramped and jammed full of product.Service? Yeah. Not bad at times and others, leaves plenty of room for improvent.

Said they closed at 6 pm but closed nearly 30 minutes earlier than that. Tried going day after and they were on a 45 minute lunch break leaving many customers waiting and upset.

Walked in and the two ladies working and the one customer inside Sally's all got awkwardly quiet I felt put on the spot so I just asked for what I was looking for rather then looking for myself to break the silence. I had some questions but felt to uncomfortable to ask anything being that the lady was just standing there watching me. Mind you the clippers are right next to the registers but didn't even want to touch anything because things felt so awkward so I didn't want to touch anything. then My girlfriend walks in and wanted to shop around but I already felt uncomfortable so I was trying to tell her let's just go they don't have what I'm looking for but she wanted to look for some brush that's sometimes on sale. So I said it's hot in here I'll be outside so I left. And lil while after my girlfriend comes out and says gosh it felt so awkward they got quiet and was watching you leave, I think they thought you stole something. I told my girlfriend, for you to come after the fact of everything making me feel that way and even you see how weird and awkward things were just let's me know that I was right and not overthinking things. I will never shop here again the customer service is just down right horribly disrespectful.

I loved shopping here because the employees are always very nice and helpful, but my last visit here was awful. The manager had an attitude and didn't answer my questions. Seemed like they wanted me out of there ASAP. Management needs to learn some basic communication and customer service skills for a better customer experience.

Called to have them hold a product. Showed up to the store 20 minutes later and a solid 10 minutes before they closed and wouldn't let us in to buy what they were holding for us saying they had to close early for cleaning. Had they said that on the phone we wouldn't have wasted a trip. Rude staff altogether. Would rather drive to turlock than spend my money at that one

I am so disappointed in Sally 's, I have been there twice now once on Monday and once on Wednesday and they closed at 3 o'clock. I can totally understand that but, I called the website and it said they were open until 7 PM. So not only did I waste my time but gas money as well. Pretty sure I'm gonna find someplace else to shop.

The level of customer service has went down at this location! If you plan on having people wait outside because of max capacity! You should provide a tent like other businesses smh... I knew what I wanted and didn't need to browse around, maybe next time you should offer to grab it and ring people up that are actually buying and not looking. I always spend at most $150 and the least $50 but you lost my business at your location for trying to have me wait in the scorching sun outside.

They have signs saying that they're open, but they're not. Just say that you're closed.
