This store/company has gone downhill since it was sold to the typical corporate conglomerate this last year. Poor service & the product is worse. I miss the old Savemart.... and so do the existing employees

In general the store is pretty good but I guess every now and then you come across the customer service representative who's just had a bad day and feels like you're the person they're going to take it out on. Tonight was one of those nights for me. I had a few questions about the game and the customer service rep did not want to answer them nor did she want to talk to me about the game at all. I wasn't the only one she had an attitude with. Someone asked her a question about how to use the self-serve and she just looked at them and said the instructions are right there and walked away. Just rude on every level. I guess it's just one of those days where you just get a bad customer service representative.

Great location and friendly employees. Wanda was very helpful and kind. Highly recommended. Plenty of parking and clean store.

DO NOT BUY THE “ON SALE BEEF/ANGUS” hot dogs, they are not beef or angus when they are on sale.

This store here has a problem with not enough people to service the customers properly. Example, the check stand light was on I placed my items down and I waited. I was told that this line is not open. I said well why is the light on. I was then instructed I could go to the self-checkout line. I instead place my items on the counter and exited the store and went to the other location. This is an actual account from my mother who shops at this location option and shouldn't have to have this issue.

I like the product but the cashiers are not the best. They bag food incorrectly while telling me they are good at it. Yet they packed my bread with non bread items squishing my bread. And chatting with bagger. And not giving me my coupons earned. This has hapend almost every time I go here. So I know they are not training correctly. I miss my old store on senic and oakdale. But I just moved closer to this one. So close to just call it quits and make the drive to the other savemart. My tab is usually 150 to 250 2x a week i want my points coupons and deals to count. They don't look out for me here.

Most of the personnel here are friendly and helpful.There were a couple that seemed more interested in talking with the other employees than the customers.In today's society, that seems to be the norm, especially among the younger cashiers and other service personnel.Real sad. The ones they should be focused on are the ones paying the bills and their checks.

Always has been a great store. Lately they R relocating products around. Went to highschool with Bob years ago and my brother in law graduated with him and was invited many years ago to a couple of new store openings. I hope the new owners carry.on the Savemart tradition. The Riverbank store is less than 3 miles from my house. Good luck to the new ownersIm usually at the store early in the morning also.

Deli department is rude! All three employees looked at us, didn’t acknowledge us or anything. Bryanna was the only one who actually greeted us, was helping all customers in deli, bakery and hot food and still managed to put a smile on her face! Bryanna i hope your manager acknowledges your work!! Have a great day!

This company Kingswood Capital Management LP, really knows how to mess up a good thing. Save Mart stores were doing such a great job until this company took over.You can forget about weekly ads because half of what they have is not always available. Especially with a 3-day sale. It's more like a 3-hour sale.So the old adage while supplies last is the only way they don't get in trouble for being so misleading.However, I do want to state that the Riverbank Save Mart staff are friendly and helpful where they can. Ultimately, you put your staff in a difficult situation without having an answer for why items are not available. Also, it is unfortunate that the company will not give out rain checks for that weekly ads they fly.I hope the company understands that the consumers can always go elsewhere to find what they need, because luring people to your store for unrealistic sales is not the way to grow your company.

Newly remodeled, great selection in deli, and friendly staff.**UPDATE 11/19/22 Save Mart has a large liquor selection with competitive prices , surprise sales , buy 2 get third item free, $ 5 dollar days & managers specials .
