Complete waste of time going into the store. There’s nothing in the store that can help you with anything that you need. I hate T-Mobile so much.

Advertised it had products but did not, friendly at location on McHenry and Granger. Then friendly at Riverbank but too busy at another to find out neither location had what was advertised.

I've been to this location twice now. I live very close and would love it if this store was worth it, but it isn't. They gave my mom the runaround a couple of years ago which I had to go over and fix. Okay... I didn't like my experience but moved on.Now the other night I stopped in to see about Home Wifi in the area. The girl was definitely pushing for me to get it and honestly I'm very interested. However, I just wanted to make sure by calling 611 that it in fact covered where I lived. She stated it did, and I could do the $50 per month with the first two months free.Today I called 611 and spoke to a rep who said that the service was not available in the area. She checked and double-checked and said no. I told her that the store said it did. I asked her to get them on the phone so we can do a three-way call. So online support did just that. The girl in the store said that I do not have unlimited availability in my area. She stated it was an option with data and the Lite plan. I am not interested in this because it does not save me money and it's limited coverage of data. No thank you. As I'm trying to have this conversation, the girl in the store continually talks over the top of me, until I finally tell her to stop interrupting me. I don't need a story, I need the facts on whether or not it will work. Come to find out it won't.This is very frustrating, and I feel like I just got the runaround from the store. The girl from the other night never mentioned one time about a Lite Plan. Nothing, just that I needed to act fast to take advantage of the $50 unlimited. If would have done that, I would be without internet at my house which affects my job. This is unacceptable. I realize that some of these workers just work at the store. This isn't a career, but I do have a career in which I need the internet. What a waste of my time this was.I will never go back to this store. I will shop in Modesto or Stockton moving forward or online. The last thing is that the online support was supposed to stay with me so she could help me navigate and understand where the breakdown happened. She did not do that. Upon getting the store on the phone, she just hung up. Awful experience for someone who has 20 years with T Mobile.

Walked in and ordered the Galaxy Fold 4 which was the model they had in the store. The rep ordered the Galaxy Fold 3 instead. Went back to tell them to fix the situation and was told to call customer service and go through the return procedure through them. Massively disappointed with their service.

Went to this store because it was closeby. Huge disappointment. Ordered the Galaxy Fold 4 but the rep made a mistake and ordered the outdated Galaxy Fold 3. Went back to give them a chance to make things right but they told me they can't do anything now and to contact 611 and go through the return procedure with them. Never visiting this location again.

Kiana was very helpful and kind. My daughters android phone got stolen and I did not have insurance. She really wanted an iPhone and I asked if there were any deals. She got us an iPhone 11 for 50% off which was awesome. Would've spent around the same price for one of the cheaper android phones. I drove here from Modesto, the Oakdale and scenic store is closest to me but I read really bad reviews about how the employees were super rude there. Definitely did not have that experience here, it was worth the drive. Thanks Kiana!

In 2020 walk into the store for questions and the rep gave me a Joy tablet which I declined but but insisted it is free but been getting charged for it for almost two years now which I return a month after it was given to me. Today I went back the manager could only refund me $50 after paying almost $300 for something I don’t have. Very Sad.

Litterally the worst store all employees should be fired they yell at you from behind the counter there was like 9 people behind the counter and not one stepped out to help us. Not my first bad experience there they all suck train them better or higher new staff

Staff are friendly, the store is clean and they will work with you on a better plan and phone. A major complaint is they barely have any phones in stock, and have to order out for them and don't have many cases for the phones they do have. It's very inconvenient and I decided to take my business elsewhere.

You can tell when a team has been trained well in customer service and when they act as a team to provide customer service they show it. Great smiles and customer service provided at this T-mobile

Just walked out of the store because there were two employees in there and only one of them cared to help customers the other one was busy on his phone and putting away stock very unprofessional!!

Awesome ladies who work really hard and are so very professional, smart and friendly! Super positive experience! So nice in both Oakdale but Riverbank was a more assistance and they were awesome!!!
