Went to target to get a few things I needed using WIC. First they have no tags showing what items are covered by WIC, second every employee I asked said "I don't know" and didn't care to help me figure it out. Third they won't allow you to purchase all your 9 cans of baby formula when they have no tag or sign saying there is a limit on quantity. Lastly when items are scanned and not covered the employee says they don't know what isn't covered. It's just very frustrating and unprofessional to not want to help customers. Makes me feel like it's a problem using WIC at this store. I was disappointed with the customer service I received tonight and just left.

The store is hideous. Customer service is the worst. Lines are long. Employees stand around with only two registers open and seven customers in each line. They refused to open new registers. The lines continue to get longer and longer and they do nothing.

Target is always there for us and has what we need. The employees are friendly, the store is clean, and it has a much better atmosphere than any Walmart.

This store deserves a zero! I did an online order today to be picked up at the store. I received a text that my order was ready for pick up. I changed the order to drive through. I arrived at the store and input my parking number. I proceeded to wait 20 minutes and nothing.... no order. I got out of my car to talk to the people at the drive through. They really didn't care about me. Someone that ran orders out to the station asked if he could help me. I gave him my order information and said I had been waiting 20 minutes. He went inside to find my order. The next thing I know they said my order was not pulled. I asked how I could get a notice that my order was ready to be picked up. No response. Someone else came out and I explained my frustration. She said the bag was lost and they didn't tell me. They were pulling the items again. I asked how much longer and they said 5 minutes. I told her this was frustrating and I had another appointment. Her response to me was snarky and rude. She said well I can't make things appear. Really..... how about sorry. After 10 minutes, mind you I was now standing there this entire time waiting, they told me the color I wanted was not in stock. I told him I was already late for my next appointment and they should refund me. I never received an apology; they truly didn't care. This was a waste of 45 minutes for me with a lot of frustration. I tried calling the store to talk to customer service. Every time I hit the button for customer service I was disconnected. I called back and hit the button for HR because now I wanted to speak to the manager. The phone just rang and no one answered. Things must be pretty good for this store since they have no problem treating customers like crap.

Literally every time I order for car pick up I have to go into the store to exchange my item. I always receive damaged items. Plus I hate how there isn't an option to not get the $1 bag.

I've got a friend who works here and this is honestly a pretty nice target. Obviously I'm biased, but I think the staff is very friendly and I've never really had to wait long in lines or anything

The person who checked me out was in such a hurry, there wasn't many people behind me. she handed me my change on top of the receipt and bills and made it seem like it was my fault that my change dropped and she told me to just put it in the bag, the bag she sat on the edge of the counter behind the card reader which also fell because that's not a spot where it goes. and didn't let me grab my things before processing the next transaction. i drove out here for the one thing i wanted that wound up being out of stock and was met with terrible service.

I try not to go here I've found prices posted don't match when I'm checking out I don't like that makes me not want to shop there almost feel like taking pictures of price posted so I or we don't have to wait for employee's to check price. Especially the end caps.

This store... 1. Cart control is an issue. They need to put locks on them so customers cannot drive and leave them in the community. I've seen other cities fine Target for not doing this. It's scary to see carts in the water, in the streets and everywhere but at the store. It reflects in the property value and upkeep. 2. Store upkeep is an issue. The floors are always dirty. The shelves are not stocked appropriately. Supplies are limited. I'm thinking it's because this location serves many of the smaller towns around Riverbank. 3. Staff is a hit or miss. Some completely ignore you while talking to friends. Others are friendly. This location is hands down better than the other two in the area, but it's still one step away from Walmart level.
