Amber in riverbank is great but the others not so much.The McHenry branch is not at all customer friendly other than Cathy. I've been there approx 30 years. I had accounts opened unbeknownst to me.The bank did try to make restitution in all fairness.

WF opened an additional checking account without my authorization. I let it go and never said anything until they started charging me a $10 monthly fee. I called to try to get an explanation. The person I spoke to was rude I couldn't believe how rude she was! She spoke down to me. I eventually went into to the bank and close the account. Store manager apologized and made up some lame excuse as to why the second account was open... they can't be trusted !

Slow service, not enough clerks. Specifically Alejandra doesn't doesn't understand urgency! All staff is slow she actually called a customer back to speak about a wedding while I had walked to the window kept me waiting another two minutes after waiting in line for 15min I hate going there!

I explained my situation to teller she got the manager who asked me to wait at a desk. The manager said give her 10-15 minutes to get information. I waited 30 minutes she never came to talk to me....poor customer service. Another reason to find another bank.Updated- I increased my rating because after I had left about 30 minutes later the manager,Amber, called me apologized for making wait so long, explained why. She gave me some advice on how to deal with my situation. I am working that issue I appreciate her following up and helping...that's good customer service. Thank you

Unbelievable. I stand and wait and wait and wait. I guess the new signs stating the new 2 must mean there are only these two associates left working here. This branch has always had horrible service. Already 10 minutes and counting with still 4 customers ahead of me.

I opened a new account online, got my debit card set a pin and went to use it and the pin never worked. I was told by customer service that I had to visit any brAnch. I visited the riverbank branch and was told I had to have an appointment to change my PIN. The rep did not seem to care that it is Friday and I would not have account access over the holiday weekend nor did she provide information on how to set an appointment. She walked through the line speaking in Spanish to Spanish speaking customers and offering them assistance. She did tell one of them in English that they needed an appointment. She said she had an appointment on the way but she could try to help them before they got there! I was shocked she did this in front of me after offering me no assistance! Why was I not offered the same service? I proceeded to the teller line waited for a teller and found out they could in fact help me without an appointment. I'm still shock that she blatantly refused to help me but offered help to all the Spanish speaking customers. Everyone deserves fair treatment

Two stars because the Service Manager came in and saved the rating. Didn't appreciate the attitude towards us by the teller. We were told one thing by one branch and another thing by the 800#. The teller who talked AT us acted like we were disrupting her day. Customer service may not have been in her training, but should be.
