Brought my elderly veteran father in to cash a CASHIERS CHECK that Wells Fargo sent him after 6 years finding an over payment. He came to cash it. Had to find him a chair. 2 tellers open so he was in line till he couldn’t stand anymore then his valid drivers license wasn’t enough so they needed another form of ID. Then he gave it then they wanted his SS -# and spent about 15 minutes trying to process how to give him his $ . Damn ridiculous what they just put my veteran father thru to cash a cashiers check they sent him on their bank for an over payment 6 years ago .

This bank sucks. You can clearly tell that it's busy here and they one have one teller open. Ridiculous.

Amber in riverbank is great but the others not so much. The McHenry branch is not at all customer friendly other than Cathy. I've been there approx 30 years. I had accounts opened unbeknownst to me. The bank did try to make restitution in all fairness.

They have Spanish-speaking employees here who helped out my grandma with her questions. They couldn't help us out at Oakdale because of a language barrier.

The tellers and bankers are useless when it comes to anything involving credit cards. Everything is online or over the phone.

WF opened an additional checking account without my authorization. I let it go and never said anything until they started charging me a $10 monthly fee. I called to try to get an explanation. The person I spoke to was rude I couldn't believe how rude she was! She spoke down to me. I eventually went into to the bank and close the account. Store manager apologized and made up some lame excuse as to why the second account was open... they can't be trusted !

I explained my situation to teller she got the manager who asked me to wait at a desk. The manager said give her 10-15 minutes to get information. I waited 30 minutes she never came to talk to me....poor customer service. Another reason to find another bank. Updated- I increased my rating because after I had left about 30 minutes later the manager,Amber, called me apologized for making wait so long, explained why. She gave me some advice on how to deal with my situation. I am working that issue I appreciate her following up and helping...that's good customer service. Thank you

They keep closing this location. Very inconvenient. Long lines at other locations. I need to get a different back in Riverbank.

I am very disappointed in this branch. I’ve been a loyal Wells Fargo member for years. I went in to withdraw money and was told the funds were not available. Went to another branch and was given the money with no problem. Because the funds were available in MY ACCOUNT. I will be making a formal complaint.

Sharon told me to wait outside which i had no problem doing, someone left the bank and i went to walk inside and she stopped me again and told me that the line hadnt moved so i could come inside, just for 15 seconds later her telling me i could come inside, then as im walking by she is laughing at me, beyond rude and I cannot believe anyone who would be so disrespectful to clients especially during this time...lmao especially since now she has someone waiting in the door way where I tried to originally wait when the line was full...what is the difference. SHARON or what ever your old box dyed blond hair name is, treat everyone the same or you shouldnt be working in customer service

Unbelievable. I stand and wait and wait and wait. I guess the new signs stating the new 2 must mean there are only these two associates left working here. This branch has always had horrible service. Already 10 minutes and counting with still 4 customers ahead of me.

I opened a new account online, got my debit card set a pin and went to use it and the pin never worked. I was told by customer service that I had to visit any brAnch. I visited the riverbank branch and was told I had to have an appointment to change my PIN. The rep did not seem to care that it is Friday and I would not have account access over the holiday weekend nor did she provide information on how to set an appointment. She walked through the line speaking in Spanish to Spanish speaking customers and offering them assistance. She did tell one of them in English that they needed an appointment. She said she had an appointment on the way but she could try to help them before they got there! I was shocked she did this in front of me after offering me no assistance! Why was I not offered the same service? I proceeded to the teller line waited for a teller and found out they could in fact help me without an appointment. I'm still shock that she blatantly refused to help me but offered help to all the Spanish speaking customers. Everyone deserves fair treatment
