This is a nice storage facility, clean, well managed, but prices have escalated. Get rid of all you can depart with and only keep that which cannot be replaced because you'll pay dearly for it.

They sold my storage and I should have got all my pictures and important paperwork back. I didn't get any of these things back. I asked the manager if she could tell them I wanted those things back and she said no. By law I should have got them back horrible management. I was paying on until she added a extra 10% on to my bill. All she had to do was tell the person to bring those things back so I could get them. I had pictures of my mom that can not be replaced, social security cards that belong to my dead parents and death records. Go somewhere else.

Terrible management/owners. In less than 9 months my rent went from $126 to $225. They took away senior discount which raised my rent then 4 months later did another rent increase. Then on top of that had COVID last month. Money was tight because of that. Called storage facility & talked to weekend help about not charging late fee but she could not Ok it. Five calls to the facility before finally talking to manager who was supposed to call me back. Which she NEVER did. She supposedly talked to Property Manager (Sexton Property Management) & even though I had been very very sick they would not wave late fee. So went from $225 for March to $271. I was having trouble with the $225 but beat me up at $271.Terrible Company. Terrible Management. Should be against the law no rent control. Seriously devastating experiences for someone weeks away from turning 75. DO NOT GO TO 24/7 STORAGE FACILITY ON VAN BUREN BLVD NEAR RIVERSIDE AIRPORT.

Been there for about 5 years, always good service, offered a discount if you paid before the first. Rent increases yearly, which is pretty normal....until the price gouging laws were lifted,Now no discount, and they raised the rent lifted, 40 % two months before end of year, and they will most likely raise rent on the first. Def going to look and go elsewhere before months end. I'll refer to others when I find somewhere decent and close by.

In this second year of COVID, they just recently sent a letter they're significantly hiking the rent. A shocking amount. That's after already recently hiking the rent about 6 months ago. And the lovely family that ran this place for years, I just found out, were relieved of duty almost a year ago. Months ago, I was led to believe they were simply on vacation, but they were long gone, with different management. I suppose all storage companies eventually resort to insane rent hikes, usually when the economy tanks and people can least handle it. Feels like the equivalent of price gouging after a storm. Note that rates never go down when the economy recovers. This is the reason I left my last storage company. Beware. There are no rate increase caps for non-residential rentals!
